In the forest not too far away from the Naga village, a Goblin settlement with a population of 500, was established and had sensed the huge quantity of mana used to transport all the Nagas and Goblins were naturally attracted to place filled with mana, therefore, they were curious about the source of all that mana and several of them decided to explore the cause and maybe even hunt those or this creature with large amounts of mana.

While the goblins were investigating the mana source, they found a clearing further away in the forest next to the beach, the clearing consisted of several habitations and a really large structure that was producing large amounts of mana and strange snake like creatures that were twice taller than them, this made the goblins think of them as a threat and had to be successfully driven away to make sure they were the first on the food chain in this forest.

They returned to be the Goblin settlement and discussed of the strange creatures that appeared and the danger that could be brought by them if left alone.

The goblin chief called all of the goblin warriors that consisted of at least 200 goblins. They had decided to launch a raid against the creatures which had invaded on their territory.

After waking up from her sleep, she discovered another life form that she had never seen, they were brighter and were walking in groups towards her Naga village, seeing this as strange and what might be a danger she alerted all her followers to rally in her temple to prepare for an ambush from the enemy that was slowly coming towards them "My followers, all rally in my temple, we must prepare to engage large numbers of enemy incoming towards the village." All of Naga villagers contrary to her expectations were all calm and collected and none of them were causing chaos or had a slight trace of panic. 

The Nagas once in the temple made the children who were too young to fight go into a protected room with no chance of them being harmed during combat. The adults numbered 60 and half of them were proficient in the bow while the rest in swords or spears. 

The leader Naigrish decided they were gonna hold the enemy army in front of the temple entrance to limit the number of enemies going into combat with them and therefore allowing more chances to survive the ambush planned by the enemy. 

Once all the Naga placed into positions for combat, they waited for a couple of minutes before hearing a large number of walking lifeforms slowly coming towards the village, on the border of the forest, with their keen sight, they could see shot green creatures with ugly appearances carrying wood swords and some of them wood spears. The Naga leader seeing this made a sigh of relief because he could see that the creatures had low intelligence and wouldn't devise any strategy other than charge through the entrance.

Once the goblins arrived into the village, they saw that the village was clearly empty but they could see that they were all gathered into the large structure that was quite strange, looking at all of those creatures stuck into the temple, the leader thought they were scared and had no chance to live after this battle and that they would win with their numbers like they always did with the humans. 

The goblin commanded to all of his troops to charge into the temple and decided to just watch since he wouldn't need to interfere

Looking at all those green creatures that were all charging through the temple was one of the most stupid moves to make but, I could see they were quite primitive and all had low intelligence close to almost none compared to my followers. 

Naigrish upon looking at this small army of 200 goblins charging straight to the entrance made him smile at those primitive creatures since they would be the first enemy and wouldn't be the last " Fire at will! Do not let a single of them pass our barrier of warriors, kill them all!"  All the nagas upon hearing this obeyed and a good number of screams coming from the goblins having all died to the arrows from the nagas at the back that once again fired their arrows.

The goblins all squished to get into the entrance but were all impaled before even putting a foot inside, the nagas looked like hoplites that were easily slaughtering their enemies, the goblin starting a frenzy for battle charged through but they kept getting killed like flies. The nagas seeing this killed all the goblins and the morale slowly but steadily kept going up, sadly one or two nagas died against the waves of goblins but the goblins retreated after a strange sound was made from the back in the forest.

The goblin leader saw that none of his goblins were even passing the barrier made by the creatures and that his warrior kept being slaughtered was angered but looking at those creatures with a smile on their face in the middle of this bloodshed couldn't help but shiver with cold sweat in his back, ordering his troops to retreat they all ran as fast as they could back to the village to recuperate their huge losses.

Further away in the forest he could hear large hissing sounds like some kind of war shout that made them feel like they messed with the wrong race to raid and pillage.
