> Every color died, died every heavenly scene. Red, Blue, Green and all colors in between. Lighter sky, darker lands, mountains a bit fray. Oceans got layers of it, everything looks grey. Farming to factories, factories to farm planets. Butterflies to rain, foxes to dogs now robo pets. Took hundreds years to turn, into dark times. Some believe it's ash, some say just our eyes.
All I can see now are different variations of grey color, so yeah black and white as well.

Everywhere it's just varying shades of same color.
I used to love monochrome, as a kid... in the fancy art installations, dress codes, concentration mode display for any and all documents. Now that's just how the world is.

Historians and Researchers say it all accelerated in recent years. Our view of the world changed, mainly our ability to comprehend it's variety. Achromatopsia is an epidemic that now days everyone starts to suffer before they turn double digits. It's a medical condition which renders the eyes unable to perceive any color other than black, white or shades of grey.
Those with faith think it's just ashes from new mining factories that has covered everything to this extent. But our blood is grey, our flesh is grey. Researchers conclude our eyes have been impacted by this ever growing pollution.
All we can identify is colors as different quotient of grey.
