Protocol 85... Activating Transcendence Orb

The golden orb whirled with life. Spurred with golden ichor it bled brightened rays of light illuminating the gray void. In the center laid the silhouette of Caerwyn as the golden orb split peeling away its appearance transforming into golden threads. The golden threads flowed into the soul of the being held in the center of the void. Brightening the dimmed soul with the pure aura of brilliance. As her soul was transforming the young maiden slowly awakened.

Greetings user, we are the Transcendence Orb our awakening is our destiny. Our goal is to allow one to reach their dreams and to strengthen future protectors of the universe. What future shall come is for you to grasp, the Transcendence Orb is capable of actualizing one's dreams depending on one's efforts. All new users will be granted a single world of their dreams to be actualized into fruition. Based upon one's performance more can be attained. So far it has been determined that you have 3 valid starting worlds.

You will be within a soul simulation to awaken these dreams of yours. The more you attain the stronger you shall become in your plane. Think of this as a virtual simulation. You will be rewarded based upon your efforts and subsequently be punished for your failures. All will come with one's actions to determine the soul's path.

Please select the world you wish to experience, remember to not be drawn to thinking about this choice deeply. As they have appeared because of your interest in such locations. If you have confidence in oneself, fear not of missing the other choices as your actions can bring forth these missed opportunities to a later date.

Caerwyn was in shock, digesting that the crazy situation she was in was no dream or work of fiction. It was real experiencing an unknown power within her she came to the realization that her dream as a teen would come true. Caerwyn loved anime, daydreaming about her favorites characters to build a more dynamic and deeper lore. Reading fanfics gave her a sense of awe to see how other fans of the series visualizes the characters and their interactions with each other.

Feeling pressured she looked at the three choices carefully. Which one did she truly want to experience? Caerwyn unsure felt undecisive with all these enamoring choices. "Uh, system may I ask a question?" Waiting for a moment it didn't appear to interrupt, taking a shot in the dark Caerwyn asked the system "What do you mean by awakening with my dreams?"

This is simple dear user. The things that exist within these worlds can be brought into the 'real world' this is determined by your assimilation and understanding of the item or thing in question. Let's say you want to bring the water walking chakra control from Naruto. To achieve this, you must be able to reach the standard of Master in chakra control reaching an assimilation rate of 100%. This can also apply to objects, abilities, and followers. All dependent on your understanding and mastery of the given thing.

Caerwyn felt like it was explained but didn't really catch onto what the being said. "Which world should I go to then? I do like My Hero Academia, but you are basically given a random quirk if unlucky maybe quirkless. For Hunter x Hunter I can't really think of a downside aside the fact it is easy to die since Nen is so versatile. Perhaps I should go with Naruto and hope I can steal or learn Orochimaru's research of immortality it is a really overpowered world the things that chakra can achieve."

"System I choose Naruto!" Once she selected her choice the system did not waste any time. A powerful burst of energy transferred her soul across time and space into the realm of dreams and creation. The gray void vanished leaving a golden cocoon that which wrapped the young girl on the grassy fields of Wails.

As the gray barrier vanished a team of awaiting men in suits emerged quickly containing the cocoon. "POI retrieved successfully, returning to HQ." The man in the suit spoke to his ear device connected to the HQ local contact line. "Confirming POI retrieval. Job is done head back home." A gruffy voice spoke back to the team on the ground. In the empty field a black aircraft rippled into existence.

Once this team of fast moving and highly trained personnel secured the package in the heavy transit vehicle. The large blades quickly brew a storm unsettling the grassy fields, lifting off it vanished once again travelling high in the sky away from normal civilian and military airspace.

Inside the aircraft a team of different people not in suits attended the golden cocoon. A beautiful female with sharp pointy ears dressed in a white holy tunic sat with regal demeanor. On the other side a gruffy middle aged man in a high-tech suit smoked a blue vaporless cigar leaving the scent of morning mountain dew a fresh breeze. His face scarred held wisdom showing he was no normal fighter but one rich with experience.

"Eric, shall we begin the assessment test." The lady spoke softly in a calm voice but held a weird phenomenon of gravitating presence. "Of course, lady Ria." The middle-aged man jokingly spoke disturbed by his partner's uptight personality leaving him confused if he should be serious or be in a joking matter. The lady and the man then converted their unique power into a pure white aura sending in into the golden cocoon before them.

*Meanwhile at HQ

"Report, sir we gathered 37 new users this Transcendence Event." A young soldier spoke in a gloating tone at the great luck they had for the new recruitments. "Do you truly believe we should be happy?" The higher standing officer instead grumpily downtrodden his news. "Why is there a sudden influx of users?" The young soldier didn't quite understand how his superior would be unhappy. "Shouldn't we be glad at the growing number of users it will help increase our strength and standing. Besides doesn't the system itself take care of abusers who wish to use their powers in an abusive manner?"

"Hmm... that only is for certain crimes it does not count for other crimes like theft and killing." In fact, he couldn't be happier that the system itself took care of the given people who try to abuse their newly gained strength this was set by the creator itself as it didn't want to sleep knowing it granted powers to creeps. But it overlooks certain gray lines, what is theft? What is killing?

"Report General! Official number of users has been discovered." A new soldier came to give the news. "Go on." The general spoke as he looked out the window in thought. "In total it has been discovered that 238 new transcendence orbs have been displaced upon Earth of which. 18 have bonded to the wildlife creatures, and 7 to non-living materials, with 2 to zones now quarantined from the public. This being an abandoned hotel in the country of Kerao Island, and an abandoned dig site within the borders of Urealige."

"The United States of Osterra gained 58 users, we the Alluroma Union gained 37 users, the Halirello gained 22 users... and finally the country Novia gained 1 user." The soldier listed the new power dynamic and the future of each countries talking power. But the numbers don't do that much in fact what matters is the quality of the users as they are what brings forth the actual power of their countries standing. Furthermore, other large countries cannot take the weaker countries this was created in the freedom for identity and culture movement.

Given that the largest and most powerful force United States of Osterra and their allies are on the stance of helping the weaker countries one cannot promise or snatch high profile users without guaranteeing the survival of their country.

Inside the aircraft the two began their assessment of the user. "Energy levels reaching 8,634 we have a high priority target... Energy absorption rate is at 64.27% and rising at the rate of 1.37% every second, Compatibility rating above D subject to change... Detected high number of awakening possibilities, found to be numbering at three stable possibly more." A smile wore upon their faces seeing the great potential of their new assignee only if they could understand their new friend's personality.

"What about their soul?" The man questioned towards the female as she was better at reading the emotions of one's soul. "It's complicated... shows signs of good while not restricted to doing what other calls evil. A very gray person who is more thoughtful of their actions. Unafraid... no I should say unrestricted to doing evil for self-preservation even if it pains them in their heart."

The man sighs a complicated child is harder to deal with as they are more independent. "Then what is the total rating of this girl?" Having analyzed they naturally knew the soul's physical gender based upon what they have been taught. "Ultimately rating of subject is an A-." The happy mood couldn't help but be warped upon learning that they needed a lot of work to do. "We can only hope that they can be understanding of others. Selfishness brings the downfall of everyone."
