Rural Harun is a place that exudes peace and beauty. Nestled at the foot of towering mountains, the village is surrounded by vast green meadows, clear streams and stunning natural scenery. Its natural beauty welcomes everyone who comes, creating a refreshing and calming atmosphere. Every morning, a light mist disturbs the valley, giving the impression that the world has just woken up from a long sleep, and the sun slowly rises to shine on the land, bringing a gentle warmth.
In this village lived a boy named Julian. He was nine years old with jet black hair that was slightly disheveled, as if it was always blowing in the wind coming from the mountains. His bright brown eyes radiated boundless curiosity, always looking for a little adventure in every corner of the village he knew. Although Julian tends to be quiet and would rather observe than talk, behind his quiet demeanor, he holds a loving and caring heart.
Julian lives with his family in a simple wooden house located in the center of the village, surrounded by a small garden filled with fruit trees. Their house was made of wood and had a sturdy thatched roof, a place that always felt warm despite the changing seasons. Although they lived simply, Julian's family was always well-off. Everything they had was the result of hard work and sincerity.
Julian's mother, Elina, was gentle and loving. With long brown hair that was always neatly tied up, Elina was a nurse who worked in the village. Whenever someone is sick, Elina is quick to care for them, giving her full attention to those in need. Despite her demanding job, Elina never forgets her family. She always takes the time to care for Julian and his sister, Clara, so that they feel loved and appreciated.
Julian's father, Mr. Arman, is a farmer who is well-built due to his heavy work in the fields. Although he always looks busy with his work, Mr. Arman is a wise man. He always gives good advice to Julian and Clara, teaching them about life, about the importance of working hard, and about how they should cherish every moment they have. Mr. Arman is the backbone of the family who always looks after them with love.
Next to Julian is Clara, Julian's eight-year-old sister. Clara is a cheerful little girl, with blue eyes that always sparkle with excitement. Her long blonde hair seemed to sparkle like sunlight touching the earth, and her sweet smile could always make others feel warm at heart. Clara loved little adventures, and she always chased Julian wherever her brother went. Despite being so young, Clara had great intelligence and curiosity about the world around her.
Their days in Harun Village always began peacefully. Julian woke up early in the morning, hearing the cheerful chirping of birds outside his bedroom window. He stepped outside, taking a deep breath to feel the fresh morning air. In the distance, the tall mountains were clearly visible with a light mist still covering their peaks, giving the morning a mysterious feel. Around the house, wild flowers bloomed with bright colors, as if welcoming the arrival of a new day.

“Julian, come on, let's go! We have to help Dad in the fields!” Clara shouted from outside, her small voice sounding cheerful.
Julian smiled at the sound of his sister's voice. Although he enjoyed the quiet morning, he knew that there was still a lot of work to be done in the fields. After dressing quickly, Julian came out of the house and saw Clara already getting ready with a small basket in her hands. He nodded to his sister, and together they walked to the field where their father worked.
The field was not far from their house. The soil was fertile, and the crops they planted always thrived thanks to the hard work of their mother and father. Julian often helped his father harvest fruit or plant new seedlings, while Clara often helped Elina pick flowers or tend to the plants in the backyard.
Arriving at the field, Mr. Arman was waiting for them with a smile. “Ah, you've come too. Come on, let's get to work. There's a lot to pick today,” he said in a firm but gentle voice.
Julian and Clara immediately began to help. Although the work in the fields is sometimes tiring, they are happy to be able to do it together. In between the work, Julian always listens to his father's stories about the past, about how they used to start life in this village. The stories always inspired Julian, making him feel proud of his family and their simple life.
Meanwhile, little Clara seemed to prefer playing with flowers or digging in the dirt in the fields. Sometimes, she would run around and jump up and down with excitement, creating boundless joy for anyone who saw her. Even so, Clara listened carefully to her mother and father's instructions, showing that she could also be a good helper.
It was a typical day, full of laughter and hard work. However, there was a feeling in Julian's heart that one day, life would change. He didn't know when that change would come, but he knew that the wide world outside was waiting to be explored. Although he loved his family and this village dearly, Julian felt that there was something bigger than this simple life, and he had to find it.
In the evening, after they finished working in the fields, Julian's family gathered at the dining table for dinner. There were fresh vegetables that they had picked from the garden, along with the chicken that Elina had just roasted. Dinner was always a special occasion, where they could sit together and talk about their day.
“Julian, Clara, you two must be tired after a long day in the fields,” Elina said softly as she looked lovingly at her children. “Tomorrow we can go to the river again to play, how about it?”
Clara immediately showed off, “Come on, come on! I want to catch some more fish!”
Julian smiled, feeling comfortable in the midst of this loving family. He knew that although the world outside the rural was full of warmth, he always had a place to come home to, a place where he felt loved and appreciated.
Yet, deep down, Julian felt the call for something more. Something bigger than just a simple life here. Something that would change his life and perhaps, not only his life, but also the lives of his family.
That night, after finishing his meal, Julian left the house and walked to the edge of the village. He stood there, looking up at the star-studded sky. The cool night breeze touched his face, carrying the scent of wet earth and wild flowers. In the distance, the mountains that looked so majestic looked even more mysterious in the darkness of the night.
With a heart full of questions, Julian just stood there, feeling the tranquility of this beautiful village, while hoping that someday he would find answers to all his doubts.
