Patrick is a run of the mill guy. Average life, average guy, average everything. Everything changes after a seemingly near death experience where he is thrust into the world of Serra. Serra is a world where Dungeons open every 10 years, allowing the inhabitants to level rapidly in preparation for an invasion of the Hells which they have successfully pushed back each time over thousands of years. It seems like a solved game, with the world growing complacent in light of the Demonic threat over each cycle. It's all about to change in the world of Serra as forces seek to break the cycle.
