Drake opened his eyes and saw an unfamiliar ceiling and found himself lying on a soft bed .when he tried to move his body he felt a lot of pain but he still got up and the first thing he looked for were his belongings which were lying on the bedside table with a relieved look on his face he held his shoulder while he slowly moved his battered body towards the window. He was fully bandaged up and a thick medicinal scent wafted in the air he could identify the medical herbs in the scent and felt his body condition and immediately knew that he had been treated by a very skilled and experienced physician.

While he was doing this a girl with an oval face and gem like azure coloured eyes and a well developed body for her age was standing at the doorway of the room with a tray in her hands which had medicinal soup in it. Her eyes turned watery as she almost dropped the tray before remembering the contents of the soup. Drake turned around and saw Astrea. He said ‘’thank you’’ before slowly walking towards her and taking the soup and drinking it. After coming out of her daze astrea and hugged drake and started bawling.

‘’I thought you would not wake up uwahhh!!!’’

While drake was hissing in pain and his body was shaking. He could not even enjoy a beauty’s hug due to the pain.

At that time the voice of middle a woman rang out. She was wearing a housekeepers uniform and had greyish hair-

‘’young miss you should leave him he is hurt.’’

‘’ I uh huh am sorry’’

She moved back with a flustered expression and a red face.

Drake just waved it off.

‘’Young master you should rest you suffered heavy wounds’’ he nodded and closed His eyes as he meditated and the natural energy gathered towards him fixing his wounds.

The housekeeper entered into a well lit study where a man of about 30 years with sharp eyebrow and an aquiline nose and a handsome face which was spoiled only by a scar on his left eye was standing. He was wearing noble warrior clothes and an aura of majesty was coming off of him.

The man turned and asked the housekeeper-

‘’ how was that kid’’

‘’he is recovering well but to be able fight that many bandits with just strength of a body tempering stage he even killed a warrior who had already generated force''

While Drake was recalling the moment before he almost he died he remembered that the world seemed to have stopped as a voice spoke within him it was a voice which felt very familiar to him yet unfamiliar which just said -

Drake started feeling drowsy and his vision started getting blurry and fell asleep.

‘’Partner wake up’’

As Drake opened his eyes what he saw was not the ceiling instead he saw a large golden space filled with all kinds of treasures on top of them a huge golden dragon with wings was sitting.

‘’Well partner welcome’’

Drake with a confused expression asked him-

‘’Who are you? Where is this and why do you keep calling me partner?’’

‘’Well i am dragon god Fafnir and as to why I call you partner is because your soul and my soul have been forcefully merged leading to the current situation just what the hell is that eye you posess i just thought that i found a good vessel to recuperate in to take revenge on those assholes who tricked me.’’

Drake just looked at Fafnir with a dumbfounded look on his face.

‘’Wipe that stunned look from your face basically I saved your life by lending you my last bit of strength by controlling your body if you were not able to handle it you would have died on the spot and I would also dissappear basically from now on me and you are one. well kid rejoice while I can only curse my fate. From now on you possess my soul and bloodline you better not reveal it if you don't want to be chased and killed by my enemies’’

Drake after waking up from his shock after a while as he shouted as his face shivered at the thought of him losing his body-
