Lucy Klavdia attended Lady Seri's Girls' Grammar School in Grand City, Colony Betuilla from kindergarten up until the age of 11. Shortly after, she was selected as a War Maiden Candidate by Herald Grace, and successfully passed the initiation exam to enter the local War Maiden Academy.

Duration of training was 5 years. Lucy Klavdia was said to excel in her classes, with high aptitudes recorded in Natural Languages, Physics, Mystical Basics, Fencing, Debating and Mathematics. Of note is her position as Vice-President of the Swordplay Club, which achieved five-star and four-star medals in the 199th Year and 200th Year, 7th Epoch. Lucy Klavdia's ability to rally and command her teammates at behest of the President proved instrumental to her team's success. She graduated in the 201th Year, 7th Epoch and joined the War Maiden Corps soon after.

During a routine investigation of a natural formation, a Scourge-Jammer disrupted communications in a widespread vicinity, cutting Lucy Klavdia and her fellow Novice War Maidens and ADO personnel from their base. Lucy Klavdia managed to rally her allies and survive for a week by utilizing the nearby cave structures for shelter and defense. The corpse of a Greater Scourge-Beast was recovered during the rescue mission, having been eliminated primarily by Lucy Klavdia, despite wounds and nearing plasma burnout. Her initiative, combat proficiency and leadership skills under greater duress earned her the promotion to First Class Novice.
