Reasons it took so long:

* RL (school, work, family, ect.)

* as I created skills for each magic I ended up changing the chart

* I got inspiration from other works and ended up completly changing my map

* the format was annoying causing me to keep trying different ways

* I keep thinking of different POV's and it took awhile before I settled on one

* ect.

I do have an idea on where I want to head with this story and will probably end up starting the story before the info dump is 'done'. (I don't think the info dump will ever be done and will probably keep adding to it if there are questions in the comments)
