Everything was dark around me yet I knew that I was dreaming. This happened a lot lately and every time I was aware of it being a dream. I was sitting in the middle of nothingness and everything was pitch black around me. I slowly stood up and looked around then in a flash of light a woman appeared in front of me. She had beautiful glowing white hair and ocean-blue eyes. She looked at me with a soft smile and reached her hand towards me. When she did that small orbs of light appeared in the dark space around us. The orbs came in five colors. Red, blue, purple, yellow, and green. I took the hand of the lady and looked her in the eyes.

- Who are you?- I asked.

- Someone who keeps the magic alive- She answered. Her voice was kind and gentle as if she was speaking to a child..which she technically was since I was only 15. - I saw that you have been doing that for years and never once have you given up on believing in magic. What if I say that it is indeed real?- She looked at me.

- ...I know that I'm dreaming but what do you mean?- I was quite curious about what she could've possibly meant.

- You will see soon enough..for now, I can only say one thing. Keep your friends close and never stop believing in magic- With that, she let go of my hand.

I suddenly woke up to my alarm. I turned it off and looked outside the window.

- Wow..that was one hell of a dream- I muttered under my breath. I felt something brush against my hand and when I looked down it was Ezra. - Good morning to you too- I chuckled then after Ezra jumped off of me I got out of bed. I went downstairs and ate my breakfast which was as usual a bowl of cereal the my mother came downstairs.

- Morning sweetie- My mom said. She was a tall woman with dirty blonde hair and green eyes.

- Morning Mom! Quick question: Can I go out with my friends after school?- I asked while putting my now empty bowl in the dishwasher.

- Sure Andrea just don't take long. We are heading home after my shift will be over.- She said and grabbed her coffee.

I ran back to my room and then got dressed. Simple Jeans and a white shirt with a jacket were my outfit for today. I looked at Ezra who was sleeping in a ray of sunlight. I let out a soft chuckle as I looked at her.

- If only I could be this carefree.- I pat her on the stomach. - What do you think of my outfit Ezra?- I asked her.

- Meowww..Meeow- She looked at me.

- Heh I wish I could understand what you are saying- I stood up grabbed my stuff and went downstairs then got into the car and Mom took me to school.

When school was over it was 14:20 and lucky my mom was working until four. The boys, Lilith and I went to the playground. I was hanging upside down at the monkey bars while the four of them were sitting under them.

- Laz you are going to fall like this sooner or later- Noah said as he looked at me. One of his earpods was in his ear as he listened to music. The other one was being used by Markus.

- To be fair it looks cool how she hangs upside down- Alex said. He was sitting next to Lilith but looking up at me.

- Okay get away from there I'm going to jump down- I waited until all four of them went a bit further then jumped down from the monkey bars but I almost fell face first. Luckily Lilith caught me and then put me down.

- I told you that you would fall.- She said looking at me. I just rolled my eyes.

- Yeah yeah you told me- I said as I let out a sigh and sat down. The others sat down beside me in a circle. Markus laid his head on Noah's shoulder. - Oh for the sake of god just kiss you two!- I said as I looked at them. Noah blushed a bit while Markus became a tomato because of how red his head was now. I couldn't help but laugh and Lilith did the same.

- Andrea! Lilith! Come on it's not funny! I didn't tell anyone that Andrea was bisexual!- Markus said. I looked away. Being bisexual was a big secret for me since I didn't know how my family would react if I told them.

- To be fair all of us agree that you two are acting like a couple most of the time when we are alone- Lilith said.

- I...no we don't!- Noah said almost immediately.

- Hell yes you do! Bro, I sit next to you at school the hell you mean you two don't?! You listen to God damn lovesongs when he looks at you!- Alex jumped into the conversation. Lilith laughed while Noah and Markus tried to deny that they were a gay couple even tho it was obvious.

Time passed quickly and before I realized it was 16:00. I headed over to my mom's car as I expected she was already waiting for me. I hopped I hopped inside and stayed silent for the car ride home. When we got home I quickly did my homework and then played videogames for the rest of the day. I spent almost the whole afternoon farming for characters I like. If my mom hadn't yelled for me to go shower and then head to bed I wouldn't have realized how late it was.

When I was finally in my bed I closed my eyes and slowly drifted off to sleep. In my dreams, I saw a house near a waterfall. There were training dummies, swords, bows, and arrows outside the home. It seemed like something out of a fantasy book. The image faded as I fell into a deep and peaceful sleep.
