The boy was thinking about what to do with the situation: he was stuck between the gate guard and the man-girl, and a moment came; the handcuffs that the guard was trying to take out were stuck in his belt.

At that moment, a blue aura filled his body, the man with the parasol was surprised that a young kid was able to coat his body with karma, the man was amused. After coating his body with karma, he immediately disappeared. The gate guard was busy taking out his handcuff, and he did not notice that the boy was already gone.

"Hey you, the kid is already gone - I'll take it from here "

The man disappeared instantly it was so fast that the guard's eyes could not catch up, he was left speechless, he did not understand the situation and even the people he just met.

The kid kept running to the point that the man and the gate guard were barely visible.

" Phew..... That was really close, man.. that man-girl was scary"

"Again boy..... Who are you calling man girl "

"aaaah, how come?", the boy was startled He immediately increased the use of karma to further speed up. But the man easily catched up.

"Boy, is this the best you can do?"

" Stop, I have something to ask you? "

The boy didn't respond, and the man became upset by his actions. The man flicked his fingers, and the boy's karma vanished as if the karma he was using had been annulled. The boy was startled by what happened; when his karma was withdrawn, along with his high speed and momentum, he was thrown off, sliding towards a mound of boxes.

" Aghhh......"

" I am sorry for that boy.... I did that because I wanted to talk to you, and its hard to converse when we are both running"

" You could have just ask without doing that ", the boy replied

" Boy, what is your name and why are you here? "

" I AM THE GREAT Luma Uno... hehe.....I am here to find someone"

The man smacked the kid in head

" Why are you shouting kid....and who is this person you are trying to find"

" I don't need to tell you old man..... after asking my name, I have to know yours?"

" Who do you think you are to call me an old Man.... I am 16 years old..... Do I really look like an old man"

" you little imp........I am Ennet, a fool's wanderer, I wanna ask; do you have any idea what you did earlier?"

" HAHAHA......Fool " the boy jokingly replied

Ennet Responded with an annoyed tone " Just answer my question little devil "

" yep, I was using my karma to increase my speed "

" and who taught you how to use karma? "

" I was taught by my parent all about this energy and some self-defense techniques"

Karma is an energy that exists within the known boundaries of the universe, it is the main building block for the creation of the world. Naturally, karma is formed by the constant fluctuation of every occurrence within the reality and space of the known universe. That means every event of creation and destruction, formation of normality and singularity, and anything bounded by the cosmic idea transforms Karma. The current setting of this world is that karma is the main source of energy and to utilize this energy a person needs to create a conduit and a room within the body. the common knowledge is that Karma exists and to use it you need to control and create a flow in your body. This starts by creating a room, which refers to a being's soul, where the Karma will be stored and restructured so that a being can optimally utilize it. Conduits on the other hand, are pathways that create the flow in the body, it is a system that will either absorb the energy from outside or release the energy stored within the room.

But something is wrong with Luma; even after Ennet used his detect skill while evaluating Luma, he was unable to determine whether the kid lacked a room (soul) or if Luma's room was weaker than a regular one. He could sense Luma's Conduit, and it was a powerful one, yet there was no room within his body. He became fascinated by Luma's estranged case. It was so unique that it peaked his curiosity, it was as if he found - "Hey"...... a new thing to understand ......." Heeeey" and study...... " Heeeey Ennet, Stop salivating" Luma Shouted

" What..... What do you mean by salivating ", Emmet replied while wiping the saliva off his face. As Luma was about to walk off Emmet hurriedly called his attention.

" Luma..... May I ask where you headed to?"

" I am not sure, but I feel going to the Jade Library will provide me an answer "

" Huuuh, it looks like you're not sure on where you're going?"

"yep"

" What are you some kind of a seer.....nonetheless, I proposed that......for the time being I would like to accompany you?"

"Why?"

" Think of it as.......a some sort of protection ",

" mmmmmmmm......no....... I think you are hiding something......"

" YOU LITTLE KID.....aaah... truth be told..... I also have some business on the Jade Library and I think it is beneficial for both of us to go together"

Luma took a glance at Ennet's eye, that moment Ennet felt that every karma within his body is being gazed at and scrutinized by the kid.

" Hey...kid what was that...."

" I just took a peek of your soul.....and I think you are a trustworthy person......sort of "

" what do you mean by sort of? "

" I saw that your soul was untainted, but I think a small part of you is harbouring some sort of pain "

" .....", Ennet could not react or even say a word

" Just don't let it consume you buddy, lets' goooo "

Amidst the towering bookshelves of the Jade Library, each book was arranged atop lofty jade shelves that independently shifted left, right, and up. It was a wonderful thing to watch. The books varied in size, with some as large as a house and others as little as a matchbox. A man with golden hair wearing white robes and four golden mechanical arms on his back was hovering in midair, sorting books. Floating above, having tea, his golden arms gliding around and sorting the books. A female entered the room and called out his name.

" Yari......are you here?.......Yari.....Yari", her yell echoed throughout the library

" you are being to loud Ardina......remember this is the inner library.....loud noise are prohibited ", Yari replied in a stern manner

Ardina raised her hand and wrote something "CHAIR ", and instantly a chair was created. she then took a seat while waiting for Yari to get down.

" How is the preparation for the archivist exam?", Yari asked

" Well...right now we are just disseminating the information, maybe applicants will flock tomorrow ", Ardina replied

" Yari..... "

" Yes Ardina, do you have something to say "

" Nothing...... I think that is all for now..... I have to get going, I'll catch up later "

As Ardina turned her back and walked towards the exit, just before she reaches the door.......she felt a sharp gaze.......she looked backed and there was nothing to see, just Yari waving goodbye.
