My name was XXXXX, and this is my story.
As i was walking home, i heard a sound behind me. Turning around, i saw a bat filling my vision. As my conciosnes faded i heard "Damn, he didnt even have a wallet on him. Waste of time."
As my conciosnes returned, i saw an unfamiliar white ceiling. Realizing i was in a hospital bed i tried to move, and realize i couldn't. I heared a nurse and a doctor enter the room and the doctor said "Im sorry. You took over a dozen blows to the head and have a large ammount of brain trauma. We have to operate soon to try and repair some of the damage, but the odds are small of survival, and even if you do, you will most likely never walk again. Your parents have given permission to operate, and we will be putting you under in a short while. We had to wait till you were stable before we could operate."

As i processed what i was just told i started crying. My life is over, i will never be able to live life like i wanted even if i survive.
The nurse comes over and injects something into my IV. I start feeling very drowsy and fall asleep again. Unbenown to me, i was going to wake up to a very different place.
