  The baby would never recieve a name. His mother, Layta, lay in a field laboring as a battle occured all around her. She screamed in pain as her baby boy approached life. The boy's mother was an medic in a mercenary band. His father, a man of inconsequence that had taken advantage of Leyta after a lost battle. She was only 15, and had barely experienced anything about life.

   A shadow of a man approached her as she lay helpless. Her blurred vision recognised the flash of a sword. Panicking, she curled to save her baby. The man plunged hes sword into Layta's neck, severing her spine and stopping her struggles. The baby screamed even louder now. The unknown man rushed back into the fray, abandoning the boy and his dead mother.
