Two students were resting at the school's courtyard. One of them was blonde and really whiny while the other one was dark-haired and satisfied.
“If the world’s going to end I’m blaming math.” The disgruntled student then collapsed on a nearby bench, his exhaustion obvious.
“Well if somebody didn’t decide to skip studying and play games all day then that somebody might not be regretting their decisions, won’t they?” The other teen smugly replied.
He then unleashed a few more verbal bullets before finally he relented, leaned on a nearby tree, and consoled his friend. “At least you had me right? It could’ve been a lot worse if Sir Kull didn’t seat us close to each other, now that I think about it, he might have did it on purpose.”
“Yep, he’s probably the only teacher our class likes. By the way I owe you one Lux, other guys would have just probably left me to rot… the bastards.” A grin formed on Lux’s face as he realized another favour was owed to him, though to be fair a lot of people owed him a lot of favours anyways.
“Nah, its fine David I never get to use those favours anyways.” David suddenly rose from his position on the bench, vaulted over it, and gestured to the other students milling around the hallway “Oh but you will Lux! One day you’ll find the finest gal you’ll ever see and then I’m gonna swoop in and be the best, wingman, EVER!” David then stared at Lux with the most intense and serious look he could muster.

It didn’t even last a second before the two of them started laughing.
As the two of them settled down Lux noticed something odd. “How did we get into the hallway? Weren’t we in the courtyard after taking the Math Exams?”
“Huh, how did we get here? You know what, seeing as we’re already back at the main building let’s just go to our clubs. I know you get most of your fun from messing with the Occult Club.” David gave Lux his most judging stare knowing full well it won’t affect his best friend. “The fact that you’re the vice-president is both strange and amusing.”
Lux just shrugged and continued walking alongside David. “What can I say? I expected weird stuff but some of the ideas thrown around get really disturbing, and instantly vetoed by yours truly.” They both then turned a corner to enter the club hallways…
*WHAM*
Only to suddenly run into a door, specifically the Occult Club’s door. The two friends then looked at the door in confusion, then at each other before silently agreeing that the stress caused by Math is making them space out and run into doors. The two then finally separated as David ascended the stairs that led to the 3rd floor, where the Medieval Club was located, and Lux entered the Occult Club.
