In the morning when everyone expected yet another normal show, they were shocked by the appearance of the friendly neighbourhood Spiderman appearing on TV.
Just to prove he wasn't a fake, the saw him to do tricks with his powers and greet them with the usual energy.
None had expected him to show his face so openly especially after the accusations and proof of his misdeeds but here was sitting on live TV with confidence.
To make it even more interesting, it was Jonah himself who was taking part in the program and the man was known as the Lion among sheep. He wouldn't back away no matter what.
This was a unique situation, seeing a masked vigilante giving an interview in a proper manner. It gave a positive image especially since he said he didn't want them to get false information.
They heard him explain his view, his reasons for doing these actions, what did he support and what were his plans for the future.
He answered them in a friendly manner and didn't mind Jonah gong hard on him, he didn't break or act violently when his ideals were questioned.
The people could now see that the previous news had been trying to frame him and didn't show the whole picture.
They could now see why he wanted to save the city, it made him relatable and human. He wasn't just some savior but a guy who wanted the city safe for his family and on the way he took care of the people in the city.
They could see he wasn't some player behind the mask that was doing this for shits and giggles but someone who cared.
He also made them understand the difficulties that heroes were going through, financial, social and mental.
The show was very informative and it opened the eyes of many people since majority never actually gave a thought about how these things affected their heroes.
The interview became viral on the internet led by the one and only, Flash Thompson as he left his class when he found that Spiderman was on the news.
He watched the whole thing with Liz and the other club mates in their club room before they got started on their goal of letting everyone know about Spiderman.
In these two weeks, he had made a group of twitter, facebook and Instagram. Many top influencers from these social sites were in contact with him since he had been in contact with Spiderman.
He had taken the first interview from the Hero and he had officially given them permission to do whatever they could think of until they operated within the legal limits.
It was a project of passion but Flash had gotten life set because of it and he had dropped his part time job to lead the group.
He had changed greatly since the incident with his father and the support of Peter, who had forgiven him and given him advice when he needed it most.
Flash knew Peter didn't think of him as a best friend but he was confident that he was a friend now and to him, Peter had become a valuable friend and support.
His relationship with Liz that had almost broken off because of trash personality was completely fixed and was better than ever.
His family was happy with his progress and he had started planning many things for the future.
Even though he was benefitting financially from this project, it was and would always be about his passion for Spiderman. Flash never intended to leech of his hero even though he heard such comments; he had been the bigger man and ignored them.
He had become good friends with Harry and Gwen as well, and Jessica. He was also friends with Johnny and Mary Jane. All these people also supported him in his endeavour, they had some interest in his hero.
Spiderman was the common thread connecting him with many people and the web was extended as time went on.
He followed the example of his hero and acted in a positive manner; taking everything in stride and making sure people understood his point. There was a time he didn't care what other's thought of his action but now he made sure people didn't make wrong conclusions.
He made proper connections and helped people out because his hero couldn't be everywhere. He worked with the student council and acted as one of the disciplinary members on campus so that bullying, extortion, prostitution and drugs didn't happen in a place of study.
In two weeks he had changed so much that most people he hadn't seen for some time wouldn't even recognize him through the phone because his tone was so different now.

With these actions, he felt happy and fulfilled. He finally felt that he had walked out of the shadow of his father. He owed it to Ben, his sister, his mother and Spiderman.
All of them played a part in his change and he was going to repay this debt.
Doing all these things made him feel accomplished as he was making a change and he had even managed to change the life of some people that were like the old Peter or like his old self.

"Hey bro, haven't seen you since morning. Didn't you have a class two hours ago?" Flash was sitting with Liz outside and eating a sandwich with green tea on the side.
He knew all of Peter's classes since they got to know each other.
"Don't let the college affect you Pete, you are the pride of our group." Liz commented as she smiled at him and took a sip from her tea.
She always held positive thoughts about Peter because of his intelligence but disliked his cold personality.
She was aware that he was very logical but he had taken it too far, and become the kind of guy people wouldn't want to become close to unless you wanted to use him.
Though he had somehow slipped through her barrier when he tutored her and when he relation with Flash was shaky. She had almost made a move on him but suddenly the situation with Flash changed, and she gave him another chance since it would be too cruel to mention a breakup when his family was going through such a difficulty.
She wasn't a kind girl but she wasn't cruel. She just liked doing her thing and didn't care about others. She had chosen Flash because of his looks and power. He gave her freedom and authority in school so that none of the bullies would mess with her.
He also made life fun most of the time, though he had gone too far at times.
Now life was very much chill, he had changed greatly and she could see him become a professional football player with a good reputation.
She was in the commerce section so they were also planning something's on the side with the rest of the gang.
She helped out with Flash's goal of helping his hero, their hero and was one of the big brains of the group while Peter also gave them advice when he could.
Peter smiled at them and walked towards them as he gave them a hug, "I would never do such a thing. Something just came up, so I had to miss the class."
Peter replied as he had been giving the interview for an hour and spent another 30 minutes with Jonah to discuss their deal while another hour was taken by criminal attacks happening elsewhere.
He had come across the legendary thief, Vulture. The man was too fast for him and he had been unable to keep up, he wasted time with the chase and lost him.
The device he was using gave him a boost that surpassed Peter's speed and he flew from the boundaries of the city.
He let the man go since it could be a trap and there was no point in the chase anymore. The man had been weak and the only thing on his side had been speed.
His weapon was strong to hurt him but Peter could easily avoid it and block it.
The opponent had been quick and didn't try to engage him in combat, only used weapons as distractions.
It was unfortunate that Jess wasn't available at that time as she was exhausted from yesterday's ordeal.
"Need help?" Flash looked at him with a curious gaze
"Nah, it wasn't anything that requires help...Right, how is your work going?" Peter asked to change the topic as he didn't want to talk about it and slip.
"It's going great. Today, there was an unexpected interview and we have spread it across the social media. It should counter the fake news. That Norman bastard is really asking for a beating, spreading such bull shit." Flash muttered in a happy tone.
"You look happy about that."
"Well, anyone who isn't living under a rock knows that Norman is a corrupt bastard. I am just looking forward to how Spiderman deals with him. I am sure my hero is different from other heroes who don't get involved in such things." Flash explained his point and he saw that this would be a great selling point for Spiderman.
"Yeah, other heroes really don't try to fix the problem permanently or anything. The villains always come back. If it was a show it would be fun to see it happen sometimes, but in real life that's just wrong. We can die because of such things. I don't blame the heroes for it, but they are partially responsible for it since they are aware that our government is also corrupt." Liz chimed in and gave her view, she had also viewed Spiderman as just another hero but now she saw the difference. Majority of the people caught by him were traumatized and the others were in emergency situation. He wasn't showing any mercy to criminals and beat them to the point of death.
"What about Daredevil?" Peter was happy to listen to their praise but he knew there were some other heroes like him as well, though they might not have taken all his steps.
"Weak, he is just human. He can't make much difference in a world where super villains exist. I admire his strength and courage but he won't make big changes in this world. The same goes for Punisher and Hawkeye or Mockingbird." Flash replied honestly.
Peter nodded as he understood his point. Flash was thinking on a big scale where such players without much funding and weapons couldn't make a difference while any super hero could do more than easily.
"I see. Have you thought about becoming hero?" Peter asked as he had seen Flash' interest in being the sidekick of Spiderman.
"I would love to, if I had some actual powers to help. Otherwise, I think what I am doing is good enough." Flash had matured enough not to spout some unrealistic comments. He said things through the mindset of a responsible adult.
He would only make trouble for his hero, if he tried being a hero with no powers. He believed that his hero would accept him if he had powers but without them he would only be a burden.
He could see that those human heroes would end up being saved by Spiderman and in the first place they never appeared in events that were too out of their comfort zone.
He had seen that loser Female Hero become something competent as she stood by the side of his hero. He knew about her entrance into the hero world and she was forgettable, someone that took the safe way out. Even those human heroes took risks, while she didn't even dare.
Her name only spread now that she was standing beside Spiderman.
"Good, I was worried that I might see you in a costume soon."
"Che, I don't have a death wish."
"Pete, aren't you going to be late for your class." Liz looked at her watch and saw that his class had already started.
Peter looked at his wrist and saw he was already two minutes late, "Thanks for the reminder Liz and see you guys later."
