“Here we are, this is the building that my client will be performing, and you will be his personal bodyguard so stick by him at all times. When he goes on, you will position to the catwalk and keep watch from up there. For Now we have three hours until start time. Go get yourselves familiar with this place, and meet at my client’s room in one hour.”(Lorey handed me a paper with the client’s room number on it.)

I nodded as she walked off. Backstage was huge. Swarms of people were running from place to place. Music was being played. People were rehearsing lines, as well as dance moves.  I was fascinated with everything. I have never been to a concert before, besides once when I was a little girl. Seeing everything, especially from behind the scenes felt amazing.  Life blistered throughout these halls.

It was finally time to go to the client’s room even though I wanted to look around more.

*Knock* Knock* “Excuse me Zlyphia Miyahara here from Punch Protection.”

The door spun open. I leaped back a little.

“Oh Ms.Miyahara. Please come in” Lorey said as she walked deeper into the room.  I walked in behind her, closing the door behind me. I took a 360 degree look around the room. The room was spotless with expensive furniture scattered about. There was also a vanity mirror nailed in to the right wall with a bunch of cosmetic supplies neatly stacked on shelves next to it.

“Uhh Lorey where’s the client?”

Lorey sighed “I’m sure he’s just playing around. 

I’ll call him now”

*Ring* Ring* “Hello-”

“Where the hell are you?! You still have to rehearse, and get all your makeup done!” Lorey roared.

“Calm down I’m entertaining a fan right now.”

“AWGG Zory, come now! You can have free time after the concert.!” Lorey Argued.

Whaa Zory! Zory from college? No way, he actually made it! I guess a pretty face can get you far. Wait! I don’t even know if it’s him.

“If I may ask what is this ‘Zory’ person’s last name?”

“OOO hey! Is that Zlphy, I’m coming now!”

Well I guess that confirms things.

“UGGG he hung up! I don’t understand that man. Whatever he’s coming now at least. Your job is once he gets here is to escort him to these places.”(Lorey Hands me a piece of paper with a list of places.)

A couple minutes go by and the door opens forcefully. A man with semi long blond hair steps into the room. The man’s eyes scan the room till they stop on me. Then just like balloons inflating his eye lids opened.

“Zlypy! It’s been so long.” The man that I can only believe to be Zory said, while running towards me with open arms. On instinct I ducked under his arm and gave him a swift kick to the stomach. Lorey’s eyes sharpened, but then pretended to look away.

I was carless, I let my guard down. In an instant Zory sprang from the ground and hugged me with all his might.

“ugggg Zory! Off now” I said while trying to squirm out of his embrace.

“Ahh Zlphy I missed your constant pounding!”

“What are you, some kind of masochist?” I said while dropping my elbow on his shoulder. Zory didn’t even show any sign of discomfort and kept hugging me.

“Zory! May I remind you your concert will start soon!” Lorey said in a demeaning voice. Zory’s body started to shake. Therefore I was shaking in his arms.

He finally released me, and was met with Lorey’s glaring eyes. Zory instantly started apologizing to Lorey.

“Its Just--- an old friend I really wanted to see and –“

“ENOUGH! I don’t care just get ready.” Lorey said as she stomped out of the room.

I briefed a couple short breaths, exhausted from that long hug.

“Wow you’ve really gotten stronger, if this was you back in college you woulda fell on your ass the second you touched me.”

“HAHAHAH HAHAHAHAHAHA”

“Heh? Why ya laughing?”

Zory turned his back to me, and reminisced about our last meeting on the roof.

“I am the top now so I think laughing in your face is a must.” He snorted

I became annoyed, but with a couple short breaths I calmed myself down.

“Well whatever, Lets go. Lorey told me to escort you to these places.”

Very obediently he followed behind me as we went to different places.

By the end of it all Zory sparkled all over. I couldn’t help but stare. He was even more perfect than he was before.
