Prologue: 9th world... already?

The hero Frith Runeore was currently sulking, each leg lazily raised on a pedestal as if to announce his boredom publicly. At a glance, one would think that he was the son of a farmer; his bland tunic melded in with the stone slabs of the darkened hallway.

If one were to look closely, they would immediately pry their eyes away.

The toss of inky hair that splurged outwards in unseemly directions was a fitting match for a meagre torso and his straw-like arms.Like a vagabond, each palm was wrapped in a loincloth spanning the entirety of his arms.. But under that messy hair, was a spectacle that even the gods would peer at curiously.

The left eye burned with a vermillion light, surrounded by a milky oasis. Like staring into the depths of a sunset.

But on his right eye, their was no vermillion red. Instead, the clear hinge of azure twinkled for a moment, before a strand of hair blocked it from view.

Frith had always been embarrassed over the spectacle, his hands twitching slightly before raising his head with a grim look.

"Urgh, another male." Picking at the lining of his tunic, he gave a heavy sigh.

The reason he was sighing?

Well. The demon lord just didn't meet his standards.

A mighty noise resounded across the entirety of the castle, followed by a rustling noise.

"RELEASE ME OR I WILL KILL YOU!" The demon lord bellowed, struggling to contain himself.

The demon lord's powers were restricted by a 9th-tier binding spell. The monstrous body was tied with a miniscule thread. But the thread was a legendary material that even he couldn't destroy in his previous form, let alone with his powers restricted.

Frith looked up, a pang of annoyance etched on his youthful face.

"SHUT UP."

"The moment I get this stupi..."

"I SAID SHUT UP."

Frith Runeore is a human. Well. A human with peculiarities. In fact, he had lived a peaceful life until the day he was summoned to another world.

At the age of 7?!

Even though he was blessed with talent in both magic and ki manipulation, he had been forced to train to the extreme in order to defeat the demon lord.

His incredible comprehension and capable growth lead him to defeat the tyrant at the age of fifteen.

The world was finally at peace again. Just when he had finally become accustomed to the world he was summoned again.

Thus, the rigorous training began and the cycle continued.

Time after time, defeating demon lords began to wore him out.

After the fourth world, he knew that after defeating the demon lord, he would be forcefully summoned again. He also knew that if he didn't do anything, the world would be destroyed.

If he didn't do anything, what would everybody think of him?

Even if he did just incapacitate the demon lord, would it really prevent the invasion? Not only would the demon lord rise stronger than ever, the human race would probably curse at his peaceful endeavor.

And so, Frith decided to slay each demon lord he came across.

But, this did not last.

After thinking of different scenarios, he finally came up with a plan.

Once he finds a female demon lord, he would seduce her and live with her. Even if the humans didn't like him, it would result in a peace that would minimize the danger.

He knew that the plan wasn't perfect but he wasn't the type to carefully strategise and plan.

In fact, it was a miracle that he even came up with a solution at all.

…

And so the tale of the hero began again.

Slaying demon lords as quickly as possible.

He had progressed at an alarming rate, able to subdue each one without a single drop of sweat.

Completely ignoring the demon army and their minions, he could easily sneak past and slay the demon lord.

On average, Frith had stayed in each world for nine weeks.

Everytime he vanquished a demon lord, he would stare longingly out into the open sky.

"Sigh... I hope the next time something good happens."

Abruptly, his body began to vanish. Enveloped in a misty light, it gradually pulled him away from the surrounding world before leaping. As it leapt, the body of Frith was taken alongside it before dropping him quite suddenly.

This was the start of a new beginning.
