I was sleeping soundly when I heard people screaming. As I woke up, feeling irritated, I wondered why they were screaming. So, when I looked out the window—BOOM—
“Ah, my head hurts. What happened?”
As I looked around, I saw a bloody mess. Corpses upon corpses, everywhere I looked—there were bodies. I had no recollection of how I got here. Alone, stranded on a deserted mountain surrounded by death, I began to feel afraid.
I thought out loud, my voice shaky with fear.
“Where am I?”
“Hello? Is there anybody alive?”
As I spoke, I saw a body shifting in the pile of corpses. I could see that it was a man, probably in his mid-thirties. I approached him, though I was filled with fear.

“Hey, buddy… ahhh! What are you doing?”

“Let me go!” I screamed, feeling my hand throb in pain. In a panic, I threw a punch at his head.
It seemed like the man was finally dead. I started to pull my hand free from his grip.
“Finally free,” I thought.
My heart was pounding so loudly that it felt as though it might break free from my chest. I took a deep breath, trying to calm myself. "I have no energy to move." Despite my aching body, I couldn’t simply lie there among the corpses. I forced myself to move when I heard footsteps behind me.
How can I hear footsteps? It must be a hallucination from my extreme fear.
“Are you okay, Senior Brother?”
“Ahhh!”
I turned to see a beautiful girl standing in front of me, and then everything went black as I lost consciousness
