A bunny appeared!

“Hah.“

A little white bunny let out a sigh, he seemed to be in a cave near a large body of water.1

“How long have I been in this cave? A week? Two months? 365¼ days?“2

..!

The bunny talked! And it seems to know how many days there are in a normal year.3

'Hop, hop'

The bunny moved to the large body of water and looked inside.

'Blub'

…A fish.

“Hello fishy!“

The little bunny was very nice but sadly…

“Sigh”

The little bunny stared at the water and sighed yet again.

“Hmmm…”

The little bunny was in deep thoughts.

“Ah!“

The little bunny exclaimed.

Seems like the little bunny had an idea.

“Maybe if I follow the river and/or pond4, it'll lead me to the outside. It can't just come from inside the cave, the water must be from outside!“

The little bunny said to no one in particular, well basically no one at all.

But as it seems, the little bunny is smarter than I am.

Excited, the little bunny hopped while following the water.

'Hop, hop, hop, hop, hop and many more hops to come.'

The little bunny saw lots more fishes and greeted them happily, which didn't really matter as they all ran away. 

Rude fishes.

But the little bunny didn't mind as the little bunny was so happy.

Sometimes, the little bunny would jump into the water and swim when it got tired of hopping.

Finally…

“At last, the outside!“

The little bunny hopped out of the water and headed towards the entrance.

“Fresh air!“

The little bunny sucked in air that was technically as fresh as the air in the cave5 but whatever, let's not talk about it.

The little bunny hopped forward once, hesitated and turned back to the cave that looked smaller than it actually was.

“I will always remember you, monsters, mazes and rude fishes.“

The little bunny murmured.

“I, Bunsy, will never forget you!“

And with that the little bunny who I suppose should now be called Bunsy headed off into the world to start his short adventures.

1. body of water.: I don't know whether to put pond or river here.

2. 365¼?: This is basically a year.

3. normal year.: There are 365¼ days in a normal year whereas there are 366 days in a leap year.

4. river and/or pond: pick one I guess.

5. as fresh as the air in the cave: I think?
