As she talked to the boy his strangled expression as well as his confused eyes which gave him a somewhat cute face regained focus and became straight. Even though this was good she somewhat liked the previous expression more.
His eyes which were quite big and watery took a quick scan of her and then looked at a few tables around. He even leaned a little to the side to have a better view of the coffee shop. She wasn’t impatient because he didn’t answer her immediately but instead checked around first. This shows that he isn’t a hormone-driven idiot who will lose his composure when seeing a good-looking girl.
As she thought of these points, she didn’t even notice her sarcastic thoughts and high-profile ideas of her beauty.
In fact, she was right. She was really a beautiful girl otherwise she wouldn’t have succeeded in her line of work. Not only that she always took good care of her body and skin making her a breathtaking beauty with a light amount of makeup.
She had a small and round but mostly oval-shaped face, a slender and sharp natural eyebrow, double long eyelashes, big eyes with dark brown iris, a strait small but perfectly matched nose with a small and full mouth and on top of them, a fair and pale skin gives her a standard top class beauty. But sadly for her, the boy in front of her had facial blindness and even though he looked at her he shouldn’t even be able to remember her mouth shape, let alone to understand her beauty.
After taking a good look around and making sure that the lady in front of him wasn’t here to bother him but simply because there weren’t any empty sits around he turned to face her.
“ Please make yourself comfortable.” And with that, he started to clean up the table in front of him to not bother her with his staff.
[ Hem, his voice isn’t that bad, also he is polite and clean. She was right, he isn’t that unpleasant. Also, he should be one of those antisocial types of people who don’t have many friends and most likely he is from a highly educated family, with a good culture and background. At least that’s what the cover says. ] She thought to herself.
With her working experience over the last few years, she made her judgement about the boy and she was quite right.
The boy in front of her, was wearing a blue shirt with black jeans, and had a neat haircut. His face was clean and he didn’t have any type of accessories like ear piercings or such. And the way he cleaned the table and placed his stuff showed his demanders as a gentleman, which was quite likeable.
Pulling the chair back so she could sit on it, she observed the boy’s movement and just as she sat on the chair the table in front of her was tidy enough. In fact, there wasn’t much. Other than the boy's somewhat old and heavy laptop there was a notebook with a pen as well as a smartphone on top of it. A backpack at the side which he placed on the chair next to him. A mug of coffee, she guessed, and a plate with a half-eaten cheesecake on it. So cleaning up was just pulling those staff closer to himself in an orderly manner.
After sitting up she put her black women's bag on the chair next to her and took her knitted hat off which released her black, shiny clean, waterfall-like hair. The moment she did so she noticed that the boy’s attention was completely attracted by her hair, which made her feel prideful. She had washed her hair not long ago at her ever-changing workplace and they were at one of their best times, so she liked the attention the boy was giving her hair.

Perhaps noticed his rude behaviour and took back his eyes soon and tried to focus on his laptop but his small peaks from time to time showed that he wasn’t that much of successful.
She smirked at the innocent and childish manner that he was trying to control and became a little more fond of the new table mate.
Finally, after becoming happy enough she did what normally she would do whenever she came to any place like this. It was a habit she developed because of her job and normally it would help her grade these kinds go places very accurately and be aware if she needed to leave right away.
First, she closed her eyes and focused on her sense of touch. The chair she was sitting on was tall enough and had a soft and good feeling. At the same time, it wasn’t plastic or leather so probable she wouldn’t sweat too much. The chair had hand rests and they were larger than normal handrests so it had enough space to place the arms comfortably on them. The back of the chair was slightly lean backwards but not much which was once again comfortable.
Next was the temperature of the store which was neither too warm to make people sweat nor cold enough to make you uncomfortable. 'Quiet good' she rate it.
Following that she took a slow but careful deep breath; trying to identify the smells in the air. The first one to tickle her nose was the smell of coffee and tea followed by a little sweetness, probably the cheesecake not far from her which showed its freshness.
After a little saver over these to smell she noticed another taste which had a good freshness and sourness. The smell of green apple. [ they should have an apple incense burning somewhere. ] She thought. The last but slightly humid smell was the smell of rain, which once again added to the freshness of the air inside the coffee shop.
It wasn’t the best place she had ever been based on these but it was good enough. At the very least she didn’t smell any sour taste of men's sweat or the rotten smell of wet stuff flying around because of rain.
And finally, the last sense other than the visions, becomes the main point of her focus. She didn’t have much hope for it as it was a coffee shop full of people. She expected the chaotic noises to be the main thing that would attract her but as she fell deeper into the world of the sounds she became surprised.
The coffee shop had at least thirty to forty people sitting in it but all she could hear was a disordered but very calm humming sound, just like what a bee hive in the winter would sound. Collective humming and once in a while a little louder and more distinctive sound but it wasn’t a problem because even that was still a very calm voice.
Now she really understands why the house price in this area is so much higher than the other places within the city. If it wasn’t for her very high income and smart business mind she would never be able to buy a house in this area. Even when she was hearing the salesman busting about how good this place was she didn’t like the price at all. The only reason she accepted the price was because she could see that the house price here was on the rise and no matter what; it wasn’t a lose-making business to buy one hear. Now she fully understands what kind of high class she is in. There is no way; even the coffee shops in the richest places wouldn’t be so quiet.
