Hello everyone,
Before I begin I want to thank you for reading Low Orbital Warfare!
Yes, you.
It's because of your support and kind words that this series has gone as far as it has, and I wouldn’t be writing this without you. Specifically though I do need to thank some by name:
Dashane - A fellow writer, thank you for your encouragement and readership! Can’t wait to see what you put out
F15 E4GLE - For being a loyal reader and character analyst, but please focus in civics class because LOW can wait till after you’re done
Killian - For being the one on top of all the weird and wacky lore of the world of 2074
theirongiant61 - For all your weapons and tank design advice
Ingra - You aussie bastard and another fellow writer, thanks for helping promote LOW. Also I’m still waiting on ARENA, so please I beg of you to get writing
Ray Hyder - For your encouragement every time I post a new chapter
Meme - For all the laughs
Sherry - For guidance in navigating the politics of the game development industry.
Disspartaa - For your readership and positivity
HvyMtlKiller - For discovering that the story’s acronym of “B.L.O.W.” really does blow

And to those I know I’ve forgotten, thank you so much!
Now, let’s get to the nitty gritty.
After almost two years in development, it’s kinda shocking to think that the first season is finally done. From a planned novella about infantry in space into a full fledged 117,000+ word novel featuring sprawling political conspiracies and an exploration of a near utopian humanity rocked by inequality and orbital violence; it's reasonable to say that the project has, for lack of a better term, gotten out of hand.
But, the unexpected journeys are always the most fun. And I can certainly say, it’s been a hell of a time.
As of now, I am hard at work editing the manuscript of Low Orbital Warfare because, as any writer knows; the hardest part is always editing. Stay tuned for possibly new chapters, reworked lore points, better descriptions, etc. And again, if you want to stay updated on that progress just join the Boundary discord.
But aside from all that, the overarching story of Low Orbital Warfare isn’t over. Oh boy is it not over. As Admiral Tucker’s final words in the book put it: “This is only the beginning” which, in my opinion as the writer of the series, is a very large understatement.
I don’t think I’m ready to announce anything too concrete as of now, so I’ll just leave this teaser image for everyone.

And as always, stay safe out there everyone!
