Chapter One: The Muslim Warrior

Chapter One: The Muslim Warrior

Whispers stretched across a land afar. The rumours spoke of a powerfully built, broad shouldered, tall, Muslim man who loved the battlefield more than his own home. A man who never slept once the battle had started a man who slaughtered indiscriminately of age or race, he was said to have only fought only for the sake of protecting his faith and his loved ones.

The generals of Xyrhen were crowded around a grand round table discussing the man. Fear glistened in the middle-aged man as he spoke of the man who was steadfast in battle to defend his faith and never turned his back to retreat once even when outnumbered.

"I Isiah dare say that in this vast world not a single person knows more about him than I, no man is luckier than he. No man is his equal in war. No people face him in battle, be they strong or weak, but are defeated. Take my advice and make peace with him. He will leave blood in his wake if you dare make an enemy of him. I stood on the battlefield with him and saw the look on his face, as he slaughtered and tore apart the many men of Bacchus, he was not distraught in the slightest, he was not angry nor did he have a face of pleasure he had a detached look on his face as if slaughtering them was no different to stepping on ants." {Isiah ~ One of the Eight Generals of Xryhen}

"Then do you suggest we leave them to do as they wish and unscrupulously take our land. I say we take immediate action against the demon before his forces build up, we should nip this in the bud to prevent him from looming over us and preventing devestation in the future. no matter how strong he is a nucleur weapon can still kill him. as the saying goes 'he breathes the same air as me so he can die like me" {Andrew ~ One of the Eight Generals of Xryhen}

The story has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.

"He is no normal man. He is blessed by God there is no hope in defeating him I suggest we just ignore him and his people. They seem to be free of desire they have no wish to take any of our land they were only reclaiming the land which was once theirs, so if we just ignore them and let them lives as they wish, they will not interfere with us and we will not interfere with them"  {Isiah ~ One of the Eight Generals of Xryhen}

Andrew continued to protest and assert that the 'demon' needed to be dealt with as soon as possible, however, with one semtance the king silenced all of them.

"Silence, we shall ignore them unless they impose on us." {King of Xryhen}

Unlike before the incident the king was not the one with the correct bloodline instead the monarch was the person most qualified in both warfare tactics and economy so his word was considered unerring and made the people respect him.

A man stood atop a small mountain overlooking a valley of turquoise water. the man’s gaze fell upon the florescent moon which beamed overhead.

"Come out Ayesha." {???}

a young girl about 9 years of age crawled out of a bush behind the man.

"It is late you should be in bed why are you lurking around at this time? Where is your mother?" {???}

"Mum is behind me i ran ahead, dad is refusing to eat until you join us for the meal" {Ayesha}

"Stubbornness will prevent you from making the correct decisions tell your father to fight in battle he needs strength and he will only gain strength through food" {???}

The hours flew past and the man still stood in the same place as if waiting for something. The man could be heard saying something at this time everyday

"If you are truthful you will survive but if you lie you shall perish." {???}
