The camera turns on, slowly adjusting to focus on an empty stool against a white background. "Is... it on now? I think it is, don't you?" Miyako says, talking to herself behind the camera. She steps into frame and sits on the stool.
"Hello. I’m Miss Miyako from the Bureau of Signatorial Affairs. I’ve noticed most of you don’t understand respect and professionalism in the workplace, so I thought I’d make a little surprise video to show you how to display these traits during a simple task—like ordering a burger."
Step One: Wording
The scene shifts to a car approaching a drive-thru. The ‘Order Here’ speaker comes alive. "Hello! Can I take your order?"
Miyako turns to the camera with a smile. "Step One: Wording. To be respected, you must respect others. Watch." She then turns to the speaker. "Hello? Anyone there?"
"Yes, I am here. I’d like a quarter pounder with large fries and a large iced tea."
"Alright! Please pull up to the next window!"
"See that? Wording," Miyako says, looking at the camera before driving forward.
Step Two: Tone

Miyako's car approaches the next window. She smiles at the camera again. "Step Two: Tone. Watch how tone can influence how people perceive you."
She looks at the drive-thru worker holding her food. "Ma'am, that’s 3000 Yen."
"Mmm, no thanks!"
The worker stares at her blankly. "What do you mean, no thanks?"
"No thanks," Miyako repeats, now holding her food in her hands.
"What—WHAT—how’d you—?"
Miyako presses the gas and speeds off, the worker shouting, "...I quit."
Step Three: Body Movements
The scene cuts to Miyako’s car pulled over by a police officer. She grins at the camera, her face distorted by a fish-eye lens. "Step Three: Body Movements. Now that you’ve successfully secured your burger, people will try to take it, so you must protect it at all costs. Watch."
The officer walks up to her window. "Can you explain why you were going 100 in a 20-kilometer per hour zone?"
"Mmm, no, I don’t think I will," Miyako replies, her hands making various and strange gestures.
The officer stammers, "Well—you can’t just—"
"I think I’m just gonna go. Good day!" Miyako interrupts, driving off.
Two Hours Later...
The scene cuts to Miyako walking out of the Tokyo Police Station, flanked by two B.S.A. Operatives.
"So it seems our broadcast didn’t go exactly as planned. But, was I able to order a burger respectfully and professionally? Yes. Thank you for watching, and stay... respecty."
