Chapter 6 - Hump in the Night

Chapter 6 - Hump in the Night

The man was too stunned to speak.

With a sigh the red-headed farmer leaned back in her chair. "The Iron Gore Mines are, or at least were a great resource for a previous Village to the north of here. But some time ago something came out of the mines. Creatures of twisted metal and rust destroyed the mine and killed the miners. Then, when people went to investigate what happened, more of the monsters chased them back and... well there's a reason this village exists now."

Isaac glanced up and behind Lizzie. There was a painting of what looked like a sunset over a village, but from the angle he knew it wasn't this village.

"One of the main reasons why I set up my Homestead here was to try and protect the village. Very few of the Pehngi travel willingly from wherever they nested, and I didn't want to forcibly make them relocate for their own safety."

Lizzie took off her hat, her Crimson hair cascading down her shoulders like a waterfall. "The only way they would willingly leave is if the village was destroyed. There is honestly too many variables to do that safely. I say all this because..."

She looked at him, concern etched into her face. "I don't want you to carelessly waltz to your death. It is very much in your best interest not to go to the mines."

Isaac scratched the back of his head, the countdown timer floating in his peripheral vision.

04:04:09:53

"As much as I'd like to take your advice, I'm afraid I cannot. I have to go to the mines."

Lizzie let out an exasperated sigh. "But why? What purpose do you have in going there? The iron deposits are good but they are not worth it."

"Oh, I'm not going for the iron."

A crease formed in her features, looking confused.

"I'm... hunting something. If there is something in the mines that's causing trouble, I need to clear it out."

Lizzie looked at him for a long while, the bewildered expression not leaving even as a Pehngi came in and placed a bowl of soup in front of her. When one was placed in front of Isaac he took in a breath. It smelled like potato soup, but earthier.

"You want to reclaim the Iron Gore Mines? And not to get access to the mines, just to clear it of monsters?"

"Eh... Sure. Yeah I guess."

There was a long pause. He felt her gaze on him change, and for a moment he felt as if he was being observed by something very, very different from a beautiful farmer. Her smile broke the feeling, resting her chin in her hand as she looked at him.

"You really are just a good boy, aren't you?"

Isaac couldn't hide the blush from his cheeks, nor the silly grin that crept across his face as he looked away. Lizzie laughed gently.

"Alright then. I wont stop you. Let's enjoy our evening, I'll tell you more about the mines tomorrow. If you're insistent on going, I wont stop a strong young man like yourself from doing so."

The rest of the evening was filled with idle chit chat. Isaac asked about the village and Lizzie was happy to oblige. He was told that he could sleep in the loft of the outside barn, as the guest rooms in the house wouldn't be quite big enough to be comfortable.

Isaac had no complaints. Especially after the taller woman teased him about sharing her bed for the night. At least, he was pretty sure she was teasing. With the look in her eyes he honestly couldn't tell...

The loft was comfortable, much more than roughing it in his sleeping bag. The hay was soft, and the air was much cooler that outside. His hand touched his cheek where Lizzie had touched him. He grinned a little, unable to help his internal excitement. Something about being called a good boy by the taller woman made him giddy.

Isaac didn't notice the window behind him opening. Nor did he notice the figure slinking through the opening onto the floor. It wasn't until the floorboard creaked that he notice that he wasn't alone. In the shadows he could see a figure, crouched on all fours, nothing of them visible except for the bright fiery eyes that looked at him intensely.

His eyes widened, but as his hand moved to summon his weapon the creature attacked. It moved in the blink of an eye, launching towards him and pinning him to the floor of the hayloft. Isaac winced, closing his eyes as he felt...

Soft?

Something soft was on his chest.

Slow breathing not his own came to his ears. The long, drown out ragged breath of barely contained excitement. The breathing was intermingled with soft giggling. The sound confused and terrified him, but the confusion won out and he opened his eyes.

It was a girl. A woman, straddling his waist and pinning his arms above his head. In the moonlight he could see her more clearly. She had pale skin, and short messy brown hair that gave her heart shaped face a tomboyish look. She wore what looked like a green hoodie that was the same shade of Skulkers, that wrapped around her form and left nothing to the imagination. The weight on his chest were her large breasts, pressing down on him and giving him an eyeful from the confines of her hoodie.

They stared at each other for a while. The girl's face was one of happiness with a dash of manic excitement. Her cheeks were flushed, and through her grin he could see her sharp teeth. She slowly licked her lips as she took another ragged breath.

"Finally... I've got you."

What?

"What? What do you mean-"

"I've been following you for days now. Watching you. Wanting you. I've wanted you from the moment I saw you in the forest. From the moment I saw you fight off those zombies."

Her legs squeezed, his lower region trapped by the soft warmth of her thighs. Isaac could feel her shudder as her fingers gripped his wrists harder.

"And then, when I saw the skulker try to get you I couldn't help myself. And I saved you. I saved you! I've never done something like that before. That's when I knew I wanted you."

His mind shot back to the fire that had appeared. Without it he'd probably would have been in a much worse sense.

"I... well... Thank you for that."

Her cheeks blushed and the woman sat up, smiling giddily as she wiggled on top of him.

"Heeeee its so good! I knew being thanked by you would be so good! I love it so much! I love you so much!"

Then she stopped, and looked down at him. Her eyes burned as she looked into his.

"And then you went to someone else. You and that... red bitch... It made me so mad..."

Click. Click.

Isaac's eyes glanced to the side, and he saw a silver lighter in the woman's hand. Every time she would click it, a flurry of sparks would ignite into a flame, then immediately go out. The light cast odd shadows behind the woman for only a moment, the look in her eyes deadly.

"So... mad... How could you?... How could you?! I love you and you go and talk to some tall red hag with huge knockers? Are mine not big enough for you?"

Before he could really get a response out, the girl grabbed her hoodie and lifted it. A large pair of breasts barely contained in a black lacey bra presented themselves, rendering the young man speechless.

"Well? Are they not good enough? Or do you think I'm ugly and hideous!"

The anger in her voice scared him back into speaking. And so he said the first thing that came to mind.

"You look great!"

His words seemed to have an instant effect on her. The woman smiled wide, her eyes looking down at him again with a softer, sweeter expression. She leaned forwards, nuzzling her face into his neck.

"Mmmm... Say it again..."

"You look great."

"More."

"You are very pretty."

"Mmm... Again..."

"You look... uh... you're very cute."

She giggled into his neck, her finger drawing circles on his chest. It was all very... Stimulating was a very accurate word to describe how he was feeling. Such so that there was a growing tightness in his pants under where she was sitting. And before he could say or do much else, he felt her giggle again.

"Oooh... what do we have here?"

Her finger trailed down his chest and rested on the strain in his pants.

"Someone's happy, that's for sure." She leaned in and bit his neck. The sudden pain caused him to flinch, but she remained suckling on his skin, her finger tracing around his trapped cock. She pulled back and let go of his neck with a pop, her warm tongue licking the slightly sore spot.

"Mine."

She nuzzled his chest, dragging her face down as she maneuvered herself between his legs.

"Mine."

Somewhere on the edge of aroused and terrified of this loose canon, Isaac managed to push himself up slightly and look down. She was nuzzling in between his legs, inhaling deeply and looking like a cat in heat. Her eyes had a glazed look about them as she grabbed his pants and began to pull them down. In one rough motion she brought his pants to his knees, and at the same time freed his straining cock from its fabric prison. She grinned, nuzzling her face against his hard shaft.

"Mine."

That long, hot tongue started at the base of his cock, and she slowly dragged up to the tip. Before it could flop away she grabbed it, holding him in place as she licked again. It was slow, and painstakingly hot. The brunette continued this repetition, her tongue coating his skin in hot wet saliva. And then she began to stroke him, her nuzzling at the base of his cock. She hummed, sending vibrations through him. And the quivering, almost guttural noise that came from the back of Isaac's throat was enough to cause her to pause her languid assault.

"Mmmm... you like that?" She whispered, her teeth grazing his head and causing him to flinch in sensitivity. She chuckled, kissing the side of his cock and looking at him. "You're mine. Only mine. If I see you talking to any other hags I'll burn them. I'll burn you. I'll burn this whole village to the ground."

She gripped him, hard. He winced as she continued to look at him, her blazing eyes looking at him with all the threat of a match in a dry forest.

"But you wont do that, will you lover? No you are perfectly happy being mine and mine alone. For ever and-"

The woman stopped. She was still as a statue, her eyes looking at something behind Isaac. He was too scared to move, but it looked like so was she. There was a sound come from behind him. A sound that caused the crazy fire focus female to turn tail and run. A sound that he never would have guessed would have that effect.

"Meow."

As if possessed by the spirit of Flee and Flight, the woman tore herself away from him, scrambling back as if she'd seen a ghost. She moved so fast she ended up slamming into the wall of the loft, causing her to wince and grab her head. Isaac lay on the ground, too stunned to react as a large brown barn cat hopped from a barrel and trotted next to him. The cat getting closer seemed to reinforce the terror in the woman's eyes. She jumped to her feet, and rather throw fire at it and set the barn ablaze, which is what Isaac expected, she jumped out the loft window. He heard her crash below and start swearing before her footsteps vanished into the distant night air.

Isaac blinked, his pants around his ankles, a bite mark on his neck and a cat looking at him in a disaproving way. He just blinked, looking at the window the woman had jumped through.

"... Who the hell was that?"
