President Tyler King walked down the highly defended halls of HQ, located deep underground, under the Governmental building. The place was built shortly after his political party; the Humanist Oppressive Party of Exo or H.O.P.E was elected into power. The facility was used for confidential projects that were closed to the eyes of the public. In President Krieg’s eyes, the indigenous people of Exo (the monsters), were a danger to human survival. Survival of the fittest, which was the rule of life. Currently, there was an intergalactic war being waged. Earth and the planets of the Milky Way are at war against the rebellious planets of the Andromeda galaxy. To spare the humans on Exo, President Krieg is staying neutral, but sooner or later, the war will reach his doorstep and he will have to join a side. But the indigenous population of Exo was the main problem. They were the biggest threat to humanity. Co-existence was not an option to him. They had to be exterminated, all of them. Krieg stopped walking. In front of him were two huge steel doors. Two guards who were on guard duty sharply saluted him and let him enter. As the doors screamed open, light pierced through the cracks and he walked into the room, the doors slamming shut behind him. The vast room was filled with scientists, computers and security guards. The head scientist, Adam Hertz, spotted the president and walked over to him.

“Mr. President, we were told to expect you in an hour. Sorry for the mess, we would’ve cleaned up but-”
Krieg smiled and raised his hand. “It’s quite alright Adam. The plans have changed.”
“You think they’re ready?” Adam asked
“I don’t know Adam, I’m not the scientist here, you are.”
Adam gave a nervous laugh. “Of course. Well, I’m not sure. We will have to hope that they’re ready. They are the last hope for humanity on Exo.”
“Then let’s get started.”
“Very well, I will make sure the activation process goes smoothly.”
The scientist left to go perform the activation process and President Krieg stared at the center of the room, where 10 capsules were located, holding boys and girls.
