Gravity!
What a wonderful things!
Is there a man not glad that his world is held by such a precise constant, that if it were even a bit bigger or smaller, the sun would not form!
Were it not such a perfect number, if the universe even formed, it would be a universe of space dust, with no possibility for intelligent life!
Even Ba Qigang, though he fell, loved gravity! And he would still love it as mushed up and probably scattered version of himself once he fell to the ground.

As Ba Qigang fell, he thought a bit about life.
It was a fun life, filled with adventure. And it truly fulfilled his greatest wish. And that was to become someone truly strong!
In fact, Ba Qigang was a reborn man. But it mattered little, as his sanity grew a bit lack luster in his stage of infancy.
After all, it is not a very nice thing to be immobile for too long, despite being sentient.
But adulthood in a place where diseases weren’t very common, and people could simply eat and trive by being very strong, was actually great.
He had freedom, hope, and the happiness that he had as a child.
So, he was grateful.
The Ba Qigang closed his eyes and said to himself,”It seems I’m about to hit the ground!”
So, a bit of time passed since Ba Qigang closed his eyes. And he was confused.
Becasuse for far too long did he feel that he was alive.
There was no pain of hitting the ground. Nor did it feel like as if time had slowed down.
All in all, it felt pretty well.
Ba Qigang couldn’t feel any of his old injuries though.
That was an unusual thing, as pain became a regular part of his life due to constant battle. It was weird not to feel any discomfort.
So Ba Qigang said to himself,” Did I die without noticing? But I don’t feel like I’m powerless! Rather… it is like I am at my peak!”
Thus, to dispel his confusion, Ba Qigang simply opened his eyes… and what greeted him was not the bottom of a monster filled canyon.
Instead, it was a ruined city, overgrown with grass.

Looking around the city, Ba Qigang sighed with emotion.
The green that covered the city was pretty, and it did make him feel a lot more comfortable than a overly loud city would.
After all, he had spent a lot of time in the wild, but very little time in the great cities of his country.
And now? Why would Ba Qigang feel comfortable when getting suddenly transported into a nearly completely alien environment!
Ba Qigang grinned and said,” Well, at least I am alive! Had I died, it would have been pretty stupid to start from zero once again!”
Indeed, Ba Qigang had to stay positive. Especially considering the fact that he was no longer in his world.
He had no clan to support him.
Ba Qigang then laughed and said,” It’s not like I was married! The beauties all went to cultivators and scholars…”
When Ba Qigang remembered the love towards feminine men, his face twisted into a frown, making him look like a statue of some wisdom king or other deva.
An angry deva.
Indeed, had he not have had the moniker of ‘Three Saber Strokes to the Neck’ he would have been called the ‘BlissfulDeva King’.
Not only would he have been called the ‘BlissfulDeva King’, but rather, he was also called the ‘BlissfulDeva King’ by the new generations.
Ba Qigangs moniker of ‘Three Saber Strokes to the Neck’ was far more common among older people, who were of the same generation like Ba Qigang.
After all, it was a very romantic moment! And very handsome as well!
But how many lives it took… Ba Qigang would sigh in displeasure every time he heard of somebody emulating his deed and getting beheaded.
But right after, he would write their name into a little notebook to remember it.
In Ba Qigangs mind, it was a very commendable thing to actually dare do something like that. A true way for a man to die!
Ba Qigang continued to look around, until he heard a noice.
Ba Qigang exclaimed in surprise,” The cries of a child? In this place?”
His common sense indicated that such a thing wouldn’t happen. A child would not be able to survive in this ghost city.
It was far too unbelievable!
Yet as a martial artist, and as a man, Ba Qigang couldn’t abandon the hope of the child being alive!
So, he rushed over with great speed, his senses allowing him to somewhat locate the child’s general location.
Ba Qigang said in his hear,”Please be safe! Laozi is coming to save you!”

Ba Qigangs mighty figure flew through the ghastly city.
Though he, as a martial artist, suppressed his logic, it didn’t mean that he had gone away with it.
Rather, his body was fully alerted.
Thus, in a few breaths he finally saw the source of the baby’s cries.
A large, black figure. It back was unusually muscular, yet Ba Qigang knew that it wasn’t human.
So Ba Qigang asked in his hear,” What is that thing? It is not human, yet it is unlike the demons I’ve seen up to this point,” and thus he concluded,” So it is a local kind of demon, eh?”
Thus, not to lose the element of surprise, Ba Qigang flew towards the creature, kicking it in its spine.
A shriek escaped its mouth, as it turned around to face Ba Qigang.
Yet he didn’t wait to see it, as he kicked the ground, making it crack and threw the rocks at the demon.
But Ba Qigangs eyes went wide open, as he jumped back with great agility!
The place where Ba Qigangs just stood was torn open by a large smooth tail striking it!
Suddenly, the creature turned towards Ba Qigang, causing a feeling of disgust to well up in him.
Support creative writers by reading their stories on Royal Road, not stolen versions.
The face was grotesque, inhuman, and filled with holes. It was so indescribably ugly that if someone was forced to describe it, the reader would puke!
Ba Qigang suddenly frowned, suppressing his disgust with anger.
He forced himself to be angry, as not to care about how disgusting the creature was… and then he ran! But the demon cried out with a shrill voice and chased after him!
Ba Qigang said in his heart,” There is no baby for me to rescue, nor is there a reason for me to kill such a disgusting creature!”
indeed, he retreated!
Not due to fear, though. The creature didn’t scare him. But it was pure disgust and the lack of need to actually fight the creature!
Not only was he not getting paid, but there was nothing for him to save!
Why would he fight without reason?
And he tested the creature with his kick, and it was thanks to that kick that Ba Qigang realized that the creature was pretty tough!
Ba Qigang said to himself,” I should have brought a saber or a great blade!”
Like hell will he touch it! It was far too disgusting!
So, he simply ran. And ran for a decently great amount of time without a stop. But the ugly demon simply never gave up, even using its tail to attack Ba Qigang!
To himself, Ba Qigang said,” I must do something about this!”
Yet… in the end, he didn’t have anything to do.

Light.
Is it just a collection of waves that spread in a certain direction and get caught by our sensory parts?
Perhaps.
A light flew towards Ba Qigang.
Maybe it was the same old light.
But Ba Qigang was certain of one thing.
So he grinned, and jumped away, using a good bit of strength to get himself away from the disgusting creature.
Indeed, all the time it was a leisurely use of his footwork, which, though simple, was highly effective!
And just as he jumped away, the creature ended up going into the same place where Ba Qigang was, and in the end, all that could be seen was light, with a high pitched scream getting hushed almost instantly.
In the aftermath of the light, there was nothing.
Well, maybe there were ashes. So while there was something, it wasn’t much better than nothing.
But Ba Qigang himself was highly surprised.
Due to his rather high status in the martial world, he had an opportunity to see a battle between two high leveled cultivators… and Ba Qigang was pretty sure that this attack eclipsed their strongest moves.
Ba Qigang smiled, and said in his heart,” There truly is a mountain past a mountain! A heaven above a heaven!”
Since he was powerless to resist, why even pretend to be scared?
All calculations break down in front of true strength! And currently, he didn’t have the true strength that was necessary to fight back.
Ba Qigang laughed silent,” It seems that even I would become the weaker party one day!”
It didn’t bother him too much.
But Ba Qigang was quite curious about who was it that killed the disgusting creature.
After all, it wasn’t something he would have liked to put his bare hands on!
So of course, he would want to know what it was that did him the favor of killing the creature!
Then Ba Qigang laughed and shouted,” Thank you for the assistance!”
Then he continued,” How may I refer to you, senior?”
But… there was no reply.
But just because there was no verbal reply didn’t mean that there was no reply.
Silence is a reply in of itself.
It simply means one must work harder to get acknowledged!
Yet Ba Qigang wasn’t the one to enjoy being ignored.
So, he mobilized his inner energy.
The warmth moved throughout Ba Qigangs body, centering on his chest before moving some into his throat.
Thus, Ba Qigang took in a deep breath, so that only a sharp hissing sound of sucking air in could be heard.
At the least, it was the most audible.
Then… Ba Qigangs torso started expanding. To anyone, the scale at which it expanded would be weird.
But to Ba Qigang, it was not one bit unusual, for it was in preparation of a special skill that it expanded.
So, in just a few breaths of time, Ba Qigangs torso took on a balloon-like shape, with a filled in chest and a lean waist.
Wide at the top and narrow on the bottom.
Should somebody flip him, it would be wide at the bottom and narrow at the top.
Like mountain Tai.
Indeed.
But after a few breaths that Ba Qigang looked like he would explode, he finally made a move.
A loud and deep sound, more similar to thunder than to anything a living being could produce, escaped Ba Qigangs mouth carrying the word,” Thanks!”
It was a short message, but it was honest in its intent.
So Ba Qigang smiled… yet suddenly Ba Qigangs smile was complemented by a pair of eyes wide open.
What would cause Ba Qigangs eyes to open wide in surprise? It definitely can’t be a normal thing.
Not only is it not normal, but supernormal!
As supernatural means the opposite of natural, so does supernormal mean the opposite of normal!
But what could be so supernormal, or perhaps abnormal enough for Ba Qigangs eyes to open wide except the feeling of being stared at.
It was not a normal feeling of being stared at.
Rather, it was the feeling of being stared at by a being that is far, and very much above your comprehension!
And if a normal person would feel paranoid and afraid, how would a person with so more sensitive senses as Ba Qigang was?
But unlike a normal person, Ba Qigang was not afraid. Instead, he was excited!
Because he was Ba Qigang could he afford not to be afraid. There was not a thing in the world that he was afraid off.
In this world, there were only things that disgusted him!
