It’s been 50 years since I Blessed her, as punishment for breaking the rules I was assigned to monitoring her for the rest of her life.

In mortals standard would be a very long time since Elves measure they ages by decades can leave up to 300-500 years old (3000-5000 human years) but for immortals it’s not that much or at least I was told so, since I am only a little over a century old I can’t tell.

It was supposed to be one of the hardest ever imposed punishments, over 3000 years watching a mortal daily life was supposed to be boring as hell, God forgive me, but for some reason I enjoyed it.

Some other Angels recently started to address me as the Loly Stalker or similar nick names but I simply ignored them, since I didn’t have many friends it wasn’t that hard.

During my watch I got to learn many things about her.

First her name Yura Elvengreen, it seems in her family the green hair is hereditary, then that she is around the same age as me ~13 Elven years old right now.

Finally some other miscellaneous stuff such as favorite color (green), and favorite food (mushrooms soup), of course during her private time I close my eyes yeah always..

Anyway, the day after she woke up and the Warriors found out about her blessing, first there was chaos (pretty much as here in heaven) and then she was treated as a sacred object which required protection.

It seems she kept crying the whole week until they took her to the Elven capital, all of this was told to me by one of my few friends since I was in knocked out at that time.

Due to my blessing she was taken to the presence of the Elven Queen, and the council decided she would be taking the Elevens Knights training in order to prepare her to lead a part of the army in the future.

I got sad when I heard she was treated as an object but it seems she took the job happily since it gave her a purpose. It was told to her that if she succeeded she would be able to save many children from situations similar to hers.

And so she spent the last 5 decades training and still has a couple more until she graduates at the age of 18.

Though I enjoyed my time stal.. watching her it’s not the only thing I did, since the wolves attack I’ve been watching around Treim for the source of the Dark force which gave them life, according to what I learnt that amount of Demons appearing at the same time can only mean one thing…

But I don’t want to reach a conclusion yet.

Today I am checking one of the north continents of Treim as I had done many many times already but something is different, the island I am watching used to be all green without humanoids but I found that pieces of the forest are missing, the trees had been cut and black orcs were carrying them to a settlement, this is the confirmation I was looking for, my fears have come true.

From the Angels academy one of the things we are thought about is the life cycle, new worlds are born and old ones die almost daily following this cycle.

Summarizing the process consists of, Light gathers and a new world is born, then life forms start to expand and there is a period of peace and prosperity.

Unfortunately mortals always end up generating dark energy somehow, be it wars, contamination, or many other possible ways, they tend to be quite creative in this regard.

The world keeps gathering this energy and eventually when it can’t bear with it anymore the energy is released. In some cases it becomes diseases or epidemics which kill all life, in others it takes physical form and a so called Demon King/Lord is born.

In both cases the world ends up as a desolated ball of earth at the end.

Triem is not the exception, the mortal races have been warring for many centuries now and without them realizing the world is now reaching its saturation point.

In this very island Demons are now gathering and an ominous felling can be felt from one of the main caves used by the Orcs, it seems their Lord will be born soon.

The second big war with Hell was caused due to Heaven interfering in a particular world, Gods favorite.

The world was saved but with serious consequences. As a result it was agreed upon not interfering with this cycle under any circumstance, by doing so another war my start.

Though now that I have found what is going to happen to Trein, to Yura, I don’t feel at ease. I need to keep her safe.

There is not much time left. A couple of centuries at most. The only option I have is to get permission from God to help her again, I don’t know if he will allow me though…
