"Are you awake young one?" I slowly open my eyes and look towards the white figure in the seat opposite of me. "Ah, the young emperor has returned from his journey." The figure's strange face morphing into a smile.
"Back in this place again…" Looking around the room in my seat. Four plain white walls. One decoration adorning the wall. A moving painting follows the actions of two young adults fighting against large creatures easily taking out the waves of enemies in their way. In the back, a young female mage sending out spells and supporting the two in front whenever she gets the chance.
The last man stands at the ready to protect the mage from any creature that approaches her. The painting then swaps to a frame of a man in a dark purple turban being stabbed in the stomach by a young man with a brand in his eye.
"Well that's enough of that one for now… We suppose we can continue spectating him later." The figure says before clearing the image on the painting. "Since you've completed the first world you were sent to you have the option to return or continue your journey." The figure sits straight in their chair awaiting an answer.
I lazily lay back in my chair and start tapping my fingers on the rests. After a few moments, I reply, "I will continue my journey."
The figure nods and that damn screen appears in front of my face.

"There's no longer a need for this disgusting thing." The figure says cutting off the screen and snapping they fingers. The screen cuts off and disappears.
"Thank you for getting rid of that thing." I say with a nod towards the figure.
The figure waves their hand. "Forget it. Let us continue the setup phase. Since you've completed a journey to such an extent and successfully forming an empire that would last at least a century you will receive some benefits on your next adventure." The figure pauses for a breath and then a tablet appears on the table in front of me.

I look through the list avoiding any system I see after the poor experience I received from the last one.
Stolen story; please report.
'I'll carry over a few of my abilities from my previous adventure…'
Looking through the list I selected true-sight, hyper-awareness, and clear mind for my skills and abilities. 'These abilities would take way to long to build up again.' I nod to myself and look towards the new abilities I can gain. I selected the option to retain my memory. 'No need to buy previous masteries since I'll retain all my memories of training them…but I will need a training skill to speed it up.' Finishing up my selections I had a total of seven different abilities.
1. True-sight – Can see through any darkness, natural or unnatural. Can detect illusions and perceive the truth hidden behind them. Those disguised are easily spotted and have their true form revealed to the wielder.
2. Hyper Awareness – The user has an increased sense of awareness far above those of the user's species.
3. Clear Mind – Allows the user to remain calm in any situation they enter. Easily process information quickly as well as retaining any information they might require.
4. Retain Memory – Retains the user's memory of his past lives.
5. Zenith Aptitude – A near-perfect learning ability. Can learn basic skills instantly and complex skills at an extremely fast pace.
6. Soul Storage – User can store and retrieve any item placed inside the storage.
7. Talent Scrying – The ability to spot the talent of an individual ranking from infrared to ultraviolet. And the instinctive ability to know what they would be best at.
'That should do…' I look towards my remaining points and see I had 400,000 left. 'I don't see any other skills I might need… The rest of these can be learned…'
"You're done selecting your skills?" The figure looks away from the painting they were staring at to turn back to me. Nodding at my selections while saying, "Good choice not selecting a system. Those limit the user's creativity. Bright minds destroyed by a couple of numbers…" The figure mumbles to himself. "Now on to the world to you'll go to…" The figure swipes on the tablet and only one option is highlighted.

I look over the list and give the figure a strange look. "Only one non-anime option? Really?"
The figure shrugs. "It's what We find entertaining. Whether someone ruins the plot or lets it run along as normal. Though the second one is normally wiped…" I grimace at the thought of being removed due to them losing interest in my story.
Well if you don't like your options you can always just choose randomly. You might get something you like. Or you could end up in a Dark Souls world."
I shudder at the thought. I turn back to the list trying to narrow down my options. 'I need to choose a world that gives me the most growth…'
After a few minutes, the figure speaks up, "Why not use this opportunity to relax in a world instead of worrying about gathering strength the entire time. You didn't live your life to the fullest in your previous life. You dedicated your entire time to establishing your empire."
I consider the idea for a moment and nod my head. "Okay… One Piece sounds like it would be fun to just travel." But I shake my head and look to Naruto and Bleach.
"I've decided on the world of Bleach." I say looking at the figure in front of me.
The figure nods and snaps their fingers. "We will have to edit a few things here to prevent a boring spectacle…" My head feels a sharp pain and it's gone as soon as it happens. "What was that?" I say looking towards them with a glare.
"It would ruin the fun if you knew immediately who the traitors are. Good luck figuring it out." The figure says with a snicker. "Well then. It's time for you to get a move on. The process has been completed. Sadly, you do not have enough points to choose when and where to return, but We have decided to do you a favor." With a snap of their fingers, the chair and I fall through the floor.
"What an annoying method of transportation." I say with a sigh as I glance down into the dark void.
