Serah paces back and forth in her room anxiously. She was sweating, and her body felt hot. Oddly enough she wasn't horny; no, she was scared. Who was that man? What did he want? And was the goddess of war okay? Was she alive? Did she win?
Serah wipes her sweaty forehead. For fuck's sake, I don't even know her name! She hasn't even told me her name… Serah thinks with dread. Serah pauses and her limbs go limp. She wanted to collapse, but she didn't dare to falter. Not now. Not when the goddess was still fighting...
Nickie walks into the room and pauses to look at Serah. Her eyebrows raise and she approaches. Nickie places her hands on Serah’s face, feeling the moisture with her hands. “Oh my. What’s got you so riled?” She asks.
Serah pushes the hands away and she walks over to her bed before falling head-first onto her pillows. “I don’t want to talk about it!” Serah’s muffled voice says.
“Ugh, okay. Did you need anything? Maybe some water?” Nickie asks.
Serah turns over and looks up at Nickie. She currently felt like a child who needed soothing. “Can you come cuddle with me?” She asks with a pout.
Nickie lets out a smile. “Oh, baby. Of course.” She says before climbing onto Serah’s bed and pulling her into an embrace.
“What’s wrong?” Nickie whispers into Serah’s ear.
Serah lets out a sigh. “My fairy godmother is currently battling someone… Someone who seemed to be after me…” She says, slowly processing her thoughts.
Nickie gives Serah’s cheek a kiss. She was in a gentle mood and Serah was so close; she couldn’t help but want to reach out for the softness. “Why would they be after you?” Nickie asks as her kisses move to Serah’s neck.

Serah lets out a breath. Although she was anxious as could be, these kisses were calming her down, easing her energy and allowing it to flow. “I don’t know. I don’t know who he was or what he wanted. I just know that he appeared out of nowhere and it seemed like he was trying to kill me.” She says, allowing Nickie to continue kissing her.
“Oh? And your fairy godmother? Is she okay?” Nickie asks as her hands begin to wander.
“Ah, ughmm. Can you be gentler?” Serah asks as her breathing becomes heavier. “Also, I haven’t heard from her yet.” She says as she tries to stay focused. Suddenly, Serah hears a ringing. Abruptly, Serah sits up. “She’s calling!” She says excitedly before jumping off the bed.
Nickie’s body freezes, her reaching hands paused in midair. She lets out a sigh and collapses onto the bed before covering her face with a pillow. “Can’t she call back later?” She asks feeling the mood was a bit spoiled.
“Yes! Goddess! Are you there!?” Serah asks anxiously. She desperately needed to hear the goddess’s voice.
A sigh is heard. “Yes, baby, I’m here. Did I worry you?” The goddess asks, sounding amused.
Serah lets out a breath of relief. “Great! Awesome! How’d it go? Do you end that bastard?” She asks, her body feeling lighter.
“Well, the fight was going hot. He got some shots in, I got some shots in. All in all it was pretty hot and heavy. But right when I was about to climax, he disappeared. He yelled ‘Shit! Fucking bitch! Time’s up!’ and then his body got pulled into some sort of portal. Anyways, I think you’ve made your first enemy, my dear Serah.” The goddess of war says.
“What? How? What did I do to him!?” Serah asks, finding it unfair.
“I don’t know. There are all sorts of weird magic. I have a feeling that whoever that guy was, he went back in time, which is pretty weird in itself, but I imagine it cost a pretty penny in terms of resources, never mind the skill involved in making it happen. If I had to guess, somewhere along the line, somewhere in the various paths and multitude of choices you could make, you somehow pissed that dude off, or you’re a threat of some sort to whatever weird thing he wants to achieve.” The goddess of war says.
Serah’s eyes widen. “Well that’s just messed up! Is this how the multiverse works? All you have to do is exist and you somehow make enemies with random people from who know’s where!? That doesn’t sound comforting at all!” She says, unsure whether she should be worried, or whether it was right to even worry in the first place. For all she knew, she might not even do the thing that the random person was mad about.
“It’s certainly weird, that’s for sure. Anyways, rest up while you can. Soon, your special training will begin. Don’t worry, mommy will treat you well.” The goddess of war says with a laugh.
“Hmm. Okay. Anyways, goddess? What’s your name?” Serah asks. She felt somewhat closer to the goddess now, and it would be nice to call her by her name.
“It’s Aria, baby. You can call me Aria. Okay, enough of that. Sleep tight. I’ll call you tomorrow.” Aria says before the ending the call.
Serah lets out a smile. Aria. It’s a pretty name. She thinks with a blush.
Nickie sits up from the bed. “Are you done? Can we get back to business?” She asks somewhat impatiently.
Serah lets out a snort. “Fine. But you’re going to have to work for it.” She says before climbing onto the bed.
