The team quickly went into the room and started to locate their weapons and “new” EDC items.

Each member in the team has a specific combat role:

Dan is a Marksman and Robotic Bomb Engineer specialist,

Tom is Combat Medic and Bio Chemical Warfare specialist,

Ricky is the Pilot and Close Quarters Combat specialist,

And lastly we have Carl. He is the usual “Goddamit Carl” or “Shut up Carl” and his specialty is in psychology and interrogations.

Dan set his favorite gun on the table the good old M40A3, he begun to tear it into pieces as he checked each individual parts and customized it to his liking, it seemed that he had a very intimate moment with it, “ain’t you looking all sexy” he whispered.

Tom was setting up his bags accordingly to the worst case scenario which they may end up in, “I am not taking any chances here boys, I am bringing the whole pack this time “ he said, Ricky laughed “Don’t worry according to my map our flight should be safe and sound into that weird tropical island”, squirting the vaccine into the air ”who wants to take the first shot?” he said with a big smile and then procced to chase Carl around the room “come here you little bitch, it is just a needle, stop making my work harder” he said to Carl, with a terrifying look on Carl’s face “there is not way I am getting my ass hit with a that huge of a needle dude” he screamed, Dan sighed and exhaled “damn it carl come here”, they both pinned Carl to the ground and quickly finished with the vaccine procedure as Carl begged for mercy.

Ricky laughed, “Mate we went through this for so many times and you are still scared of it?”, “yeah man I hate needles, seriously” he replied as he put his pants back up and begun to finish packing his equipment.

They all went back into serious mode, zoned out into their own little universe to be focused on their role, so they won’t forget anything when they wake up early in the morning the day after.

Few hours later and it begun to be late so the team wrapped up around 7pm after completing everything that was needed, ate some pizza and drank beer which led to them passing out on the Disc-O-Beds.

The following day;

Dan and Ricky wake up from Carl’s snoring, “should we wake him up or make him go to sleep” Ricky asked Dan, “I have a better ideaI” he replied as he went to grab the shaving cream and began smearing it all around Carl’s hand, “okay tickle his nose and be quit” he said, Ricky tickled his nose and tried multiple times but Carl would not scratch his face, with a disappointed face Ricky said to Dan “Mission failed we will get him next time”.

Few minutes later both Tom and Cark woke up and the team begun to prepare for the flight.

They went through all their backpacks and equipment and then set to the nearest private airport.

As the team packs everything in the plane, Ricky does the pre-flight checks and drills to make sure everything will be cozy, few minutes afterwards they are all set to go and take off into the ocean.

Dan looks out the of the planes window “I don’t have a good feeling about this mission guys, I got to be honest here, something makes my stomach go off”, Tom pats his shoulder “I am on the same boat friend, but let’s try not to think about it too much, take it as a regular mission like one of the many ones we already completed”, he looks towards Tom with a smile “I will try..”, Carl is reading his usual flight book “how to control humans” and mumbles to himself the lines.

“So far there is nothing but water around here, how close are we to the coordinates Dan?” Ricky asks, “According to the GPS we are about half an hour from it, we should be there in no time” Dan replies with a fake positive attitude.

The team is discussing which plan they will use in order to get onto the island:

1. They land on the island and hope no one sees them

2. They crash land the plane away from the island and use a life boat.

3. They set the plane on Auto Pilot mode and skydive

After a short debate and taking into account the current weather and ocean current, they decided to land the plane in the ocean, and use their life boat.

Ricky begins to decent slowly, “it is going to be a rough landing boys, hold on to something” he shouts with confidents, as the plane gets to sea  level, he is trying to keep it steady for until they are close enough but not too close to be seen. Dan looks at the GPS “ETA 30 seconds” , everyone is starting to get prepared for the hit, Cark sets his books in his water proof bag, Tom is packing his stuff inside as well.

For a moment there was a complete silence

Dan begins to count down “10..9..8..7..6..5..4..3…2….1…..medusa”

*boom*

*splash*

 *twirling sounds of broken metal*  

Quickly the team refocuses on the objective, and begins to leap out the broken plane before it sinks in the deep ocean.

“I knew I still have it in me” says Ricky, “Urghhh my neck hurts now, why are you so proud you little fuck” says Carl, “shut the fuck up and help us already, we are running out of time, pull the lever for the blow up doll *cough* I mean blow up e-boat” he responses with a smile and a giggle,

Few minutes afterwards the squad is set on the e-boat with all their equipment and bags, they begin to change clothes while in shifts they row the boat towards the island.

Dan looks at the GPS again “we are about a mile away, we should be there in few minutes considering the current is facing its direction in our favor”

Tom feels a relief that the whole team is alive with no damage, after putting some special cooling ice on Carl’s neck for a few minutes to help him ease the pain.

10 minutes later and the team land on the beach line, quickly they search around for a nearby cave to dive in until the sun rises.

Dan and Tom look to the left and Ricky and Carl look to the right,

“I can’t see shit in this dark place, it’s already 5AM the sun should be out by now” Dan mumbles to himself, suddenly he spots a cave, the water is reflecting the moons light, “guys I think I found a cave” he says, The team quickly picks up the boat and place it in a near cave that is used for their “safe zone”, Ricky sets a small fire to get their stuff dry, and they begin to unpack their stuff before heading out into the unknown..
