We helped the ASIS scientists carry out their heavy things and equipment out of the spaceship, they said it is a machine for digging up the ground, and the others are tables and tests for them like microscopes and test tubes.

I sat down with my friends by the campfire Hunger made after helping ASIS scientists. I saw the phone of Victor, recording all of us. Maybe he is still live streaming, letting people back from Earth see what we are doing and our moves.

"So, what do you guys think about Aetheris?" I asked them

"Kinda good" Scarlett replied

"Amazing and beautiful" Axel replied

"For me, I feel uncomfortable. You know, maybe there are monsters around, dangerous creatures mostly that we are new on this planet" Audrey said

She's right tho, even tho I am excited for his planet, I also feel uncomfortable after what she said.

"How many hours have already passed?" Maverick asked

"Asked the viewers of Victor" I replied

"How many hours have we been live streaming now guys?" Maverick asked the viewers and went closer to the phone

"Hmmm, they said we have been live streaming for 1 and a half hours now" Maverick said as he went back to his seat

I plucked out a red grass from the ground and looked at it closely. The feel, it felt rough, the style and texture of it looks different and has a different kind of smell than the grass back from Earth. I looked behind, the ASIS scientists are researching red grass, twigs, woods and rocks they found from the ground.

The others are also looking around, taking a closer look at the things near them.

"Hey, want to go and explore for a bit?" Axel said to me

"Okay, but let's not get too far" I replied

Both of us stood up

"Can we join in too?" Hunter, Scarlett and Audrey asked

"Of course, how about the rest of you?" I replied, and asked for the others

They did not reply

"Well, you guys can go, we prefer to stay" Maverick said

"Okay then, let's go" I said to the others while walking towards the south of the spaceship

"Hey kids, you all going somewhere!?" A woman shouted

It was one of the ASIS scientists, her name is Dr. Elena Vasquez

"Yes why?" I shouted back

"Can you take whatever you find on your exploration like rocks, woods, tree or something that looks kind of odd or looks different for our research"

"Okay"

I ran up and joined the others. We walked to the thick forest. We are looking at a lot of kinds of trees and plants.

"Wait, did one of you bring a gun?" Hunter asked

"Oh, uhhh, let me get one" Axel said and ran back to the ship

We just stood at our place waiting for him. We looked around for something we can find for ASIS scientists to research. The plants and trees have so many colors instead of one color, blue, red, purple, green, colors that are not that bright.

I started to pluck out some leaves with different colors and plants and put them on the cellophanes I have in my pocket. I saw a tiny shape that looked like a berry. It's colored blue.

"Hunter, wanna risk?" I jokingly said, showing him the berry-like thing by holding it

"What is that?" He asked

"I also don't know, maybe food for the animals living around here. Maybe the best to take some for the scientists to see"

I took five of it and stood up

"I'm baaaack!"

Someone shouted, the two girls jumped and screamed. We looked behind, it was Axel, holding a high quality automatic rifle which our organization invented and created. He is carrying a lot of ammo with him.

"Fuck you Axel!" Scarlett cursed Axel

"What? I'm sorry, I didn't know the two of you are easy to scare" Axel said with a smile on his face, walking towards us

I know he is holding his laughter and I know he did that on purpose.

"Yeah, right" Audrey said

We continued on, walking slowly, looking around, taking and plucking out everything we could find.

"Did they say about taking back animals to the scientists?" Scarlett asked me

"No, but it might be still a good idea to take some and bring them back" I replied

"But what if they kill the animals we brought back just to see inside them?" Audrey asked

"Well, their job is to research so, probably" Hunter said

*Swoosh swoosh*

The plant on our right moved, like something is moving there.

"Hey hey! Did you guys heard that!?" Axel shouted

All of us looked at the plant.

*Swoosh woosh*

The noise and the movement of the plant repeated. All of us started shouting and shrieking and ran behind Axel, hiding and going away from it. Axel raised and pointed his gun towards it. It started to move to the right, Axel continued pointing his gun at it. We followed Axel by turning, making sure we are behind him.

"Shoot it!" I shouted, my voice is full of panick

"What if it is a harmless animal!?" Axel shouted back

"I don't know but shoot it!" I replied

"How about wait for it to go away" Scarlett said

"How about killing it and giving it to the scientists?" Hunter said

"No! Look how small it is, there is no way we are killing a tiny animal. What if it is a cute animal!?" Audrey said

"I don't care! Cute or not I am killing it!" Hunter replied

The movement went around us, moving in circles. We just looked at it, our face full of fear and horror. It suddenly started jumping tree to tree, it is a blue colored animal, it went back to the bush below. We move every time Axel moves. It suddenly stopped, we waited for its movement.

It suddenly started moving towards us. All of the five of us started to shout and shriek even louder as we watched it in horror getting closer to us. It revealed itself.

*Tick Tick Tick Tick*

We closed our eyes, the tick sound came from Axel's gun. We slowly opened our eyes, it is a small animal. It looked like a rabbit and about the size of a rabbit, but rounder. It has fluffy furs, standing in four legs like we expect from animals. It stand and rubbed the back of its ears, cleaning itself.

Its furs are colored red, similar in color to the red grass on the ground. Wait a minute, when it was moving around, it's color was blue like the bushes around. It didn't attack us, maybe it's a neutral animal I put my finger on the trigger of Axel's gun and started pulling it.

*Tick tick*

It didn't shoot, I sighed in relief.

"Good thing that gun is on safety" I said

"Wait what?" Axel said

He checked his gun, his expression is full of disbelief and looked at the animal again.

"Friendly?" Axel asked the animal

It ignored him

"Good thing its not aggressive. Damn, I might have died or got attacked if it is. I should keep in mind about the safety mode of guns"

We stared at the tiny animal, we just watched it doing its own thing. It looked at us, it squeaked.

"Aaaawww, what a cute animal and voice" Scarlett said

Axel gave me his gun and approached the animal. He crouched down.

"Hey there little guy" Axel said and started patting the animal

"Oooooh, I like the way how fluffy it is" Axel said

The animal interacted with Axel's hand, sniffing his hand. The animal climbed in Axel's hand and started walking to his shoulder and sat there. We can see its tail. Its tail is very fluffy and nearly the size of its body, it is swaying.

Suddenly, the animal's fur changed color into blue, similar to Axel's blue shirt. We are amazed to see its color change. It licked its body. Axel played with the animal on his shoulder using his fingers.

"Starting today, you will be my pet" Axel said

The animal squeaked, sounding like he understood what Axel said.

"Aaaaw, if only I also have a pet like that" Audrey said

"Ah shit, I forgot my phone back to the camp. Axel, you have your phone right?" Hunter said

"Yes, why?"

"You know, livestream"

"Do you think our satellite will reach us from here?"

"Don't worry, that satellite is super strong, very very strong than you expect"

Axel took out his phone

"Yeah, you're right, I still have full bar signal"

He raised his phone and started live streaming. I hid the gun by folding and turning it into a small box, one of the gun's features.

"Yow wassup guys, this Axel here and the others who went away from the spaceship to explore. This is how deep we explored now and look! We have a new friend here! Cool right!?" Axel said to the viewers and showed the animal

Axel looked at the body of the animal

"I am going to call its kind or species, Flufftail. You know, how fluffy its tail is. I know all of the five of us discovered it, but, can I be the one to call it?"

We nodded

"Okay, oh wait, guys, there is something cool about this animal. It can change color, really, I am not joking. It can change colors, let me show you. Change color little guy"

The Flufftail just squeaks at Axel. It didn't understand what he just said.

"I swear guys, it can change color, I am not joking"

"Axel, try putting it to the ground" Audrey said

Axel crouched down and put his arm down to guide the Flufftail to the ground. The Flufftail climbed down, we waited, it's fur suddenly changed to color red like the color of the grass.

"You see that guys! So cool!" Axel shouted to his viewers

"I understand it know, it can mimick colors whatever it touch or stand on! It's like it's defence mechanism to camouflage to its environment like a chameleon" Audrey said

Axel's expression changed, he is thinking.

"I am going to name you...... Fluffy" Axel said to the Flufftail

The Flufftail squeaked

"Let's continue our journey, and you guys will goinh watch our journey" Axel said to us and to the viewers

I took out my phone, beautiful or cute animals..... Check. We continued walking, the forest is silent. We can hear different kinds of bird sounds around, chirping. Axel kept talking and talking with his viewers while some of us pick up and gathered whatever we could find for the scientists to research.

We reached a dead end, a cliff, what in front of us and below us....... Is a beautiful scenery. We could see big mountains. Below us is a large blue land and the half is red. Some of the mountains over yonder are yellow, green, violet, it is like biomes. Back to Earth, yellow for sands, green for mountains, gray for cities.

"Woooooooow, are you guys seeing this!? I swear we are not faking it, we are not using a green screen!" Axel shouted to the viewers

We started taking pictures. We could see giant animals below, some are about the size of an elephant or giraffe, and some, are much more larger like a whale.

"Do you guys think humans can live with these kinds of size of creatures and animals in their environment?" Hunter asked

"I dunno, maybe..... Make them exctinct?" I replied

"You mean kill them? Heck no, big no" Scarlett said

"If planet Earth is no longer habitable any more. We have no choice but to kill them and stay on this planet" I replied

"Are you crazy!?" Audrey shouted

"No, you know that famous quote? Survival of the Fittest, Elimination of the Weakest. And humans are animals....... That will always win"

"Okay so we go to this planet and live in it for millions and billions of years until it is no longer habitable. And now we go to Proxima Centauri B to live there, we are going to eliminate all the animals there? Like what are you thinking" Scarlett said

"Just like I said, Survival of The Fittest, Elimination of The Weakest. If that happens we have no choice but to go to another planet. Well since we are the first one to step on land of this planet, then we are the leaders and superiors of this planet. We will order the people to not do things that will harm the planet and maybe we will live on this planet... Forever"

"Hmmm, maybe you're right"

We admire the view, talking to our viewers. Hunter took out a binocular and we started scoping at the animals below us. They are walking and moving around, eating from something below them. Some of the giants have tails, hitting the giant trees behind them, and some, have none.

Their skin looked like armor like shells. If they are hard like armor, I wonder if bullets and sharp weapons can penetrate it. One way to find out if I got closer to them.

"They are like dinosaurs from earth!" Scarlett shouted

"Hey I discovered that creature! I am going to call it, hmmmm.... Wait, I can't name it" Hunter muttered

"Guys, dinosaurs came from the ancient Greek word deinous meaning terrible or fearfully great. While saurus, meaning, lizard or reptiles. So I think they merged those two words making the word Dinosaurs. So how about us make up our own words, like we use a language, an ancient language" Axel said, with full of determination in his voice and did a flashy face

"Good idea!" Audrey said

All of us started thinking. I kept tickling my brain, thinking of a language since I don't know Latin and Greek language, they are the most used words to call something and we want something unique.

Suddenly, all of my friends looked at me, my face was full of confusion.

"What?" I asked

Hunter put his hand on my shoulder.

"Well, didn't you like...... Came from the northern? Like the legendary person we all know and your idol, 2nd Recruit" He asked

"So?"

"Then let's use your language to name those animals. I felt like your language is more ancient than us" Hunter replied

"If that's what you all want then okay. Both of us came from Mountain Province and our language is Kankanaey. By the looks of those animals, they are armored. The Kankaney of armor is Baluti and creature or animal is Hayop which is same to your language Filipino. So, if I mix the word Baluti and Hayop, turning into Baluyop, which is armor animals or armored animals. Balu- from Baluti and -yop from Hayop. It felt very weird making or inventing new words mostly using my language but, are you guys okay with Baluyop?"

"Of course, we will agree" Hunter replied

"Yeah, I agree also, seems cool" Audrey said

Hunter went back to scoping the animals

"Where is that thing I found.... Okay there it is. Hey, Axel, where did they get the word Tyrannosaurus Rex?"

"Damn, you are turning me into some kind of website. Tyranno- came from the Greek word Tyarranos, meaning Tyrant or Ruler, and -saurus is of course, you already know, Lizard or Reptile. And the Rex came from Latin word meaning King because the dinosaur we are talking about was considered as the most powerful and fearsome predators on its time" Axel replied

"Hey, Caden, what is big in your language" Hunter asked me

"We call it Dakkel, double k"

"Hmmm, since this animal is big, I will call it, Dakkeyop or with a single k to give it a good touch. Dakke- is big and -yop is Hayop which is, big animal"

"What if there's a second which is more bigger than that animal you are looking at?" Scarlett asked

"Then.... Uhhh..... Dakkeyop The Second"

We laughed

"What if there is a third animal that is bigger than the second?" Axel asked

"Then, we.. I mean I, will call it Dakkeyop The Third"

All of us laughed again

"I think it's more better to discover all of the creatures" Audrey said

We took turns, scoping only the big animals. Whatever we find on our own, we planned them to be our own discovered animals. Hunter's binoculars are modded with a camera. It is also like a camera, but in a binocular.

"Hey Axel, where did the word Animal come from? You know, different planets have different words" Hunter asked

"C'mon, we don't need to talk about those here. If we really, really want to live on this planet, then that's the best time to talk about it" Axel replied

I looked at all the pictures I took. Their skin are like steel armor, some are armored and with feathers and plumes. There is an animal I found and took a picture of, which is covered with pointy spikes. It is like a porcupine, but instead of only in the back, but the whole body is spiky. So that means they also have a defence mechanism, like Axel's Flufftail, where it copies the color it is touching or standing on like a chameleon, but automatic.

"Rooooaaaaaaaaar"

We suddenly heard a loud roar came from the distance, we looked at it. There are two giant animals roaring at each other.

"That's my animal!" Both Axel and Scarlett shouted

Both of them looked at each other

"Are you thinking what I am thinking?" Axel asked Scarlett

Scarlett nodded

"The one whose animal wins is stronger!" Both of them shouted

"Mine is the blue one which has two pointy sides on its head!" Axel shouted

"And mine is the brown-tan colored with big and musculine muscles on its sides" Scarlett said

We watched, Axel's creature is like a triceratops but with a big head and two big spikes on the sides of its head pointing forward, that might be its defence mechanism. But what about Scarlett's creature? Its muscly shoulders are the one that feels off to me.

Axel's discovered creature stands in two legs making it larger than Scarlett's, its body reminds me of a T-Rex. Scarlett's discovered creature stands on four legs, it reminds me of a Stegosaurus but without spikes on its back and bigger.

We watched them battle, Axel and Scarlett are shouting and cheering. Both the creatures roared, they looked very angry at each other. The animals nearby ran away while some looked at them just walked and continued whatever they were doing.

Both of them move around, they are tripping because of the trees on their way, the smaller trees fell down when they stepped on them.

"Caden, what is the word two in your language?" Alex asked me

"Dowa" I replied

"Spike?"

"Pikod or pik-pikan"

"Head?"

"Ulo"

"Hmmm, ahh, I am going to name that creature..... Dowa-pik-ulo-yop, making it Dowapikuloyop. Meaning Two Spiked Headed Creature"

"Caden, what do you call the word shoulder in your language?" Scarlett asked

"We called it Abaga" I replied

"What about Strong?"

"Napigsa"

"Then I will call my creature....... Nap-aga-yop turning into Napagayop. Meaning, Strong Shoulder Animal!"

Both of the animals growled and roared at each other angrily. Axel's Dowapikuloyop lowered its head and stabbed Scarlett's Napagayop below the neck. Some kind of blue liquid came out of the Napagayop, maybe it's blood.

It felt like it was easily stabbed, so that means their skin isn't hard-rock armor. But why does it look so like steel? I think Baluyop is not a good word to call these creatures.

"Fight back Napagayop!" Scarlett shouted

Dowapikuloyop took out its spikes from the Napagayop and swayed it to Napagayop, making a slash and wounding it The Napagayop roared in pain. it turned a bit to the right and ran sideways towards the Dowapikuloyop, facing its shoulder. It made the Dowapikuloyop fly away. The trees on their way got destroyed and snapped and landed to the ground.

"What!" Axel shouted in surprise

Wow, so that is the use of the muscly shoulders, that creature is strong but how can it defeat a creature with spikes? The Dowapikuloyop barely stood up, but went back on its feet again. Both of the creatures roared in anger at each other again.

They continued battling, the Dowapikuloyop tried to stab the Napagayop but the Napagayop bashed its head away. The Napagayop bashed the Dowapikuloyop away with its shoulder again. I saw a destroyed tree with a lot of sharp snags behind the Dowapikuloyop, the Dowapikuloyop got pushed towards it.

"Roooooooaaaar!"

It suddenly roared in pain, its skin got scratched by the tree. The Dowapikuloyop stood up, revealing its bloody leg. Its right leg got pierced by a tree. It turns around and started to run away, limping. The Napagayop just roared and let the Dowapikuloyop retreat.

"I won I won I won!" Scarlett chanted with a big smile on her face

Axel's mouth left open wide, just looking at his creature running away, limping. I could hear a lot of sounds from his phone, maybe the viewers are bewildered by what they just watched. Axel shook his head and raised his phone.

"Hey! My Dowapikuloyop should be the one who has won! I want a rematch! There is no way a creature that only does pushing would win just like that!" Axel shouted to the viewers

The others including me are in shock to see big creatures fight. I am so amazed that I can't process anything. The environment went back to normal, no fighting on sight. Just the creatures just doing their thing. That was so amazing, but there is no way I am getting addicted to watching big creatures fight. It jusy felt so..... Unrealistic, everything seems unrealistic. But the thing is, everything that is happening... Is real.
