A US Army sniper is on a mission with his squad, when he accidentally passes through a planar gateway and ends up in a fantasy world with a game-like system. Using his existing skills combined with his new access to magic, he gathers a small group of misfits to hunt down the dangerous monsters that nobody else will.  P.S. While I have done research to try to get details right, I am by no means an expert on snipers, military protocol and terminology, or anything like that. At the end of the day, I'm just writing this to have fun, and so I hope that you can accept the story, with all its imperfections, in the spirit in which it was written.
