Yuka cried excitedly, already Dashing out the dorm.

Yun whispered, in casual clothing and holding a long thin suitcase.
But Yuka was too energetic to stay quiet. She had been in house for too long.
" Hurry, Yuri, Let's Go and Test it Out !!"
" You mean... This ?"
Yuri came out of the dorm, holding what was once her broken Sword rifle, now connected to the middle with icy material. With many new parts and upgrades as well.
Yuno yawned at the door, still in her pajamas and her long bluish silver hair still messily untidied
" Come back for breakfast...."
Yuno yawned and went back to sleep.
The three girls went to the training center of Skyworld, which was ten times larger than that of the Betelgeuse, with more equipments and weapons at any StarBreakers' disposal. The testing grounds like vast field of white marble tiles that stretched out beyond the horizon.
" Use it now ! Use it now !!"
Yuka jumped up and down, summoning her StarBreaker armor in a jiffy.
" Why are you in your armor, Yuka...?"
Yuri asked, making sure this was just a weapon test session.
" Don't fight those fake Demons ! Fight me !!"
Yuka jumped up and down like a child, also in combat posture.
Yuri looked at Yun, who put the suitcase down with a nod.
" Okay...."
Yuri opened the case, raising her sword rifle like a sword and turned the weapon on.
It hummed, stronger and fueled with more Star power than before.
Yuka also switched on her water Arrow fueled wrists.
With a loud battle cry, Yuri leapt forth, and attack ! Slashing down her sword rifle on to Yuka, who blocked with her water fueled wrists, and parried, twisting hey body to the air to swing a fast kick onto Yuri, who blocked the kick with her sword quickly pulling back and swung out down in defence.
Yuka shot out three arrows from her wrists through three powerful punches, and Yuri blocked two with her sword and swiftly switched to rifle mode and fired.
The blue bullet now larger, and faster, and more powerful than before.
But Yuka dodged the bullet, with a slight opportune tilt of her head to a side.
As the two fought, Yun examined the power and combat data collected through her floating virtual screen, collected through her StarBreaker helmet.
Their fight came to a stop, after many rounds of fierce combat.
Yuri and Yuka, panting and sitting on the grass, drinking water from their special StarBreaking bottles
" Well ???"
Yuka asked excitedly
" What do you think ??"
Yuri Smiled wholeheartedly
" It felt really good ! It's like using a different weapon now ! How do you do it ?!"
Yuri praised, and Yuka proudly began to explain
" First, we changed the overall density of the blade, making it lighter, but with new Starim metal it can be accelerated at will through force and electric volts too. Then the bullets no longer come from the inside, but outside of the blade, through these condenser runes on the surface, faster bullet output and gathers more energy in each blast !
And about the handle design....... What ??"
Yuka stopped, looking at Yuri's face of sheer disbelief.
" Are you.... Yuka ? Or someone else ?"
Yuri asked. This isn't the Yuka she knew and stayed in the same dorm with.
" I am Yuka !!!!"
Yuka hollered with puffed cheeks of dismay
" Don't you know, I'm kind of a scientist myself !!"

Yun added, confirming the unbelievable truth
( I was surprised at first too....... How could someone be so stupid aside from weapons design.... Perhaps her intellect is gathered all in this expertise.....)

Yuka argued and opened the suitcase Yun brought
" Looka !! My newest Creation !!"
And Yuka took out from the suitcase a longer version of her wrist arrows and gave it to Yuri
" Now hold this arrow."
" And ?"
Yuri looked at the long arrow, perplexed.
" And hold the Middle of your Sword rifle !"
Yuri grabbed the new middle portion, the ice material that connected the two parts together.
As soon as her StarBreaking hand touched the icy handle, the sword rifle began to change form, it's two ends twisting upward to the same side and a pure thin line of sheer energy appeared, connecting the two new edges.
" It's a bow !!"
Yuri realized, amazed by the design.
" Yass."
Yuka nodded proudly, enjoying those around her being shocked by her genius
" Sometimes, if you listen carefully, you can hear my Genius. Now shoot the arrow, Yuri !"
And Yuri placed the long water arrow to the middle and pulled the energy string hard
" Pull harder !!"
Yuka cried
" Pull it all out ! Stretch your arms full across your chest !!"
Yuri obeyed, and the more she pulled the more energy the tip of the arrow gathered, swirling to a ball of Blue Water dancing like flames and with a snap of her fingers, Yuri let go, and the blue Arrow soared up,

Breaking the glass dome above their heads with a loud disastrous crash,
And the shards rained down on them as Yun activated her fog to let the shards pass through without harm.
But the arrow went on its way, soaring higher and higher until it flew too far away to be discerned, and after about another ten seconds, they saw the explosion of the arrow, far away in the blue skies, like a tiny super Nova among the clouds, blowing the skies clear with immense force.
The three stared at the skies, in silence.
" ..... I will not call you stupid, ever again"
Yuri apologized as Yuka handed her Yuri's new wrist, the wrist to generate longer arrows for bow shooting.
Yuka nodded proudly
" Now you have become more powerful than any Jedi—— I mean StarBreaker."

After fighting many more rounds and many hours passed, Yuri and the other two headed back to have lunch, when Yuri was stopped at a long glass corridor by a loli's call

" Momo !!"
Yuri cried in surprise, seeing the beeg Boobed new StarBreaker loli jumping up and landed a beeg squeezing hug into Yuri's arms.
" Yo ! You're finally out ! Nice vacation ?"

" Seito さん！Are you two going to breakfast ?" Yuri asked them.

After weeks, Firren StarBreaker of fire,

Yuri ordered a Chocolate smoothie, but Nay, her order was denied, flashing a red sign Not Enough StarBreaking credit !

" The meal is actually not on me, sweet Yuri. It's a treat, from your fan over there."
Solo introduced, pointing at a figure wearing sunglasses and white vacation gown, sitting behind a fern and looking at them secretly far away.

in awe , while Firren nodding and eating quietly.
Yuri slightly looked up from her smoothie gingerly, to see the Exaltedness herself starring back at her, eyeing her menacingly like a Cougar to a meatiful deer.
Their eyes met, fixing in intense stares, when slowly,
Caerlia patted the empty seat next to her

Yuri complied timidly, sitting down next to the Starbreaker champion.
This Carrie senpai... Must be a powerful and dangerous person of multiple military prowess, Yuri thought, I must not act too stupid.

The other men ate their meal awkwardly silent in Her Exaltedness' presence.

But Caerlia's eyes, staring murderously through the sunglasses and munching her never-ending steak, craving Solo to ask for more to hear.
Solo brain stormed quickly, looking at Firren eating a Samurai motiffed simple meal.
" Ahh right ! Yuri ! You and Firren were on the same ship, are you not ?? Are you two in a relationship ??"
Solo asked and regretted it instantly.
Firren choked at his rice and coughed his heart out.
Seito choked at his Spaghett and coughed too, but out of laughter.
Even Momo thought Solo is doomed.
But instead of smashing Solo elsewhere, Caerlia stopped chewing her steak, her fork paused in the air, eager to hear what Yuri has to say, to everyone's surprise.

Firren went on coughing, without a word of reply.
Such a poor guy, this Firren...Momo thought.
Caerlia resumed eating her steak, satisfied.
Finally, they all finished their lunch.
Caerlia being the last to finish.
" I see..."
Caerlia finally spake, cleaning her lips queenly with her personal napkin

Solo too loomed from behind, both hands' runes activated, coming forth to the faltered Yuri's head.

Firren came forth to Yuri, pulling her back and shielding all the aura and schemes about to strike, and Solo halted his moves. Firren too realized Yuri's fear, so too the actions behind her in shadow.

Firren asked quickly and Yuri quietly nodded, shielded behind Firren's broad chest.
Caerlia, seeing through Yuri's fearful eyes, she faltered, letting her raised hand fall slowly down.
" I see..."
Caerlia Lansara Suprima's smile faded and her eyes narrowed down, of either boredom, or more of disappointment

And Caerlia turned away, and saw, just in time, Captain Delprim Jargo !! Passing by with glee !!

Caerlia spake and vanished into the crowd of Androids, hunting that one bald Captain, who quickly rushed to escape the chasing two Starbeakers hot in his heels.
Solo, nodding to both Firren and Yuri with a swift shadowy smile, and followed Caerlia, reluctantly.
".....that was close..." Firren muttered in a whisper to himself.
Yuri watched her leave, Unexplainable sadness crept up her heart.
" Let's go Yuri."
Firren took Yuri by the hand and pulled her close, going a new path.
But Yuri pulled her hand away from Firren's reluctantly.
Seito and Momo were buying snacks yards away.
Yuri was alone, with Firren.
" This... This is not what we are supposed to protect, 隊長."
Yuri said, after take a long long look at her surroundings, the Androids, serving half cooked snacks, metal clanking and fire burning sounds instead of ceremonious music.
" This... Isn't real, Firren."
" Then is it the Past, that you wish to protect ?"
Firren asked
" Like What Vitas said, To Go Back ?"
" No. Not the past. No...." Yuri replied, but didn't speak any further.

They walked on with her friends, Yuri Firren, Solo and Momo on their way back when they met with the children halfway. The children seemed happy, but when they saw the full grown now Starbreaker Momo, the children became silent.
And Momo, seeing her old friends looking at her strangely,turned away and ran.
" Oy, what's wrong ?!" Seito hollered in surprise.
" Wait, Momo !"
Yuri followed and came to a corner, to where the crying Momo was, weeping by herslef in the shadows.
" Momo... has become strange...！"
This StarBreaking loli wailed
" Momo is not small, not cute, not.... Momo anymore...... They don't like this Momo anymore...."
" Momo, That's not true...!"
Yuri came to hug the crying loli.
Seito came, looking at the crying loli, his heart sank.
" Momo."
Seito came to her, seriously standing before the weeping loli

Momo, listening Seito's words, mustered the courage to face the children once more.

Neliya and Lucky and all the children came, and hugged Momo with tears

And the children all hugged Momo and gave cookies they baked at the sky kitchen to Momo and Seito and Firren, And Yuri.
And Lima, panting and looking exhausted, returned from what seems like a long running exercise as she so told her friends that asked, and gave Yuri her bag of cookies herself.
" Don't open it now."
Lima instructed in a quick whispered serious tone
" Open it when you get back."
Yuri agreed and hid Lima's pouch in her pocket deep.

" What Seito said back there... Is really sweet."
Yuri said to Firren, as the two walked down the dark silent Skyworld streets together.
Firren, being a gentleman, walked Yuri back to her dorm.
Firren nodded, agreement in silence.
They came to the doorstep of Yuri's dorm.
" Yuri."
Yuri turned around.
Firren, stopped at his steps.
" Vitas... He was right."
Firren spake, gravely but true
" Vitas speaks of the Sky Lord lying to us, through Deceit and memory manipulations..... He is right. The Sky Lord had taken Bradson Captain's memories from him and stored them elsewhere. That's why....Captain Bradson, he doesn't remember about the Piano anymore.
The Sky Lord.... He must be stopped.
This Grand Final Mission... It is announced to destroy all the Demons of the land in one fell swoop, but that is not all. It has to do with what you are meant to protect, Yuri. The Herunis Carna."
At first Yuri was surprised at how Firren knew about the Herunis Carna.

Firren tried to open his lips to say, but paused. Firren stepped back, and was about to turn away.

Firren chuckled sheepishly
" It's nothing, Yuri. It's my job to train you to become a proper Starbreaker, that's all..."
" Not just that, Firren."
Yuri shook her head
" You knew...everything, All from the Start. You remembered when we, the children, were all together, at the school, like brothers and sister...You always knew---"
" I don't Know what you are talking about, Yuri !"
FIrren raised his voice all of a sudden to Yuri's surprise, to which Firren eyed at a couple surveillance pods situated high above looking down at them did Yuri realize she nearly spoke too much to be leaked to the Skylord's many watching eyes.
Even till now, Firren is still protecting herself....
" It doesn't matter if I remember or not, Yuri."
Firren whispered gently, close to Yuri
" You have always been True to others, and more so yourself. That is what matters.
Just Be who you are, without being afraid of it, Yuri. Then the ones that loved you, will always remember you."
And Firren turned away, a gentleman to the end, for he has his side of the mission only hiimself knows, appointed to Castiel Bradson. Like the tree of Yggdmillenia's firm roots deeply struck to the earth, his love for Yuri is unmovable, but hidden from the dangers for Yuri's sake.
Yuri, with tears already flowing down, bowed low in gratitude, for her 隊長 's last teachings.
