You can count on the majority to make intelligent decisions, right?And absolutes don't exist, right? This is a silly thing I wrote up to express why I shudder every time someone insists that you can expect a democracy or a majority to always make correct decisions. I'm fairly certain that part 1 can easily happen.  You'll have to read part 2 to understand why this terrifies me.
