The beginning of trancendence

The beginning of trancendence

As Ethan continued to gaze into the carved stone, the images within began to unfold with an ethereal grace. The scenes that played out before him seemed to transcend time. In the sky was a black sun mirrored by a blood red crescent moon.

Amidst the shifting tableau, he saw a man in a field, adorned in flowing robes, moving through intricate postures and gestures. The master radiated a sense of severity and profound wisdom. Ethan could feel the energy emanating from the man, as if the essence of the master's teachings were being channeled directly to him.

With eyes gently closed, the master's breath deepened, slowing down to a rhythmic and steady pace. Ethan could clearly feel every breath. Each inhalation was purposeful, drawing in something akin to vapors from the sun and moon, filling the man with strength. Each exhalation releasing the doubt and uncertainty held inside. Ethan could almost sense the ebb and flow of energy in the field aligning with the master's breath, as if the very air became charged with determination.

As the master continued to breathe, he directed his focus inward, shifting his awareness to the center of his being. Ethan could perceive a profound sense of stillness emanating from the master, as if he were tapping into a wellspring of resolve within himself.

Next, the master's attention turned to the center located below the navel. With gentle intention, he visualized a radiant sphere of black and red light forming and expanding within. The master's hands, began to form intricate mudras, fingers finding their own rhythm and alignment. Ethan sensed a subtle pulsation of energy coursing through the master's meridians, connecting his physical body with the ethereal realms. Symbols and diagrams accompanied the man, elucidating the meridians and energy centers within the body.

"Boom." With thunder the master's eyes opened. He stared right into the eyes of Ethan. With a shock Ethan could feel the pressure of the stare peering into his very soul. The symbols revolving around the man then shot into Ethan. Ethan could not move, held in place by a pressure he could never hope to match.

Everything went black. Floating there Ethan experienced a profound sense of unity with the universe, transcending the confines of his physical body. The boundaries between self and the external world dissolved, revealing a boundless and interconnected existence.

Suddenly Ethan arose from his slumber. Opening his eyes, Ethan shambled back to his feet and found himself back in the dimly lit chamber. He steadied his breath after the profound experience he had just undergone, the memory vivid and transformative, lingered in his mind. Glancing at the tableau, he could clearly see the stele was worse for ware.

The images had completely died and any semblance of life was lost. gazing into into the center of the black crystal Ethan could feel nothing on note. He reached out with a mixture of anticipation and trepidation, yet upon contact he sensed an absence of the vibrant, otherworldly energy that previously graced his presence.

Ethan's heart sank, disappointment coursing through him. it seemed that all that was left was an otherwise inert artifact. He hoped he had not missed a chance to gain further insight from the stone.

Nevertheless, he knew deep in his bones that the experience was a gift, a glimpse into a realm of ancient wisdom.

After confirming there was nothing left to be gained from the stele, Ethan began pondering on the teachings of the master. With determination he began trying to form the mudras with his own hands. Despite having nothing close to a photographic memory the motions came to him as naturally as breathing. Without realizing it he had closed his eyes and began seeing the symbols once again.

He then proceeded to visualize a radiant sphere of light forming within him. He could feel the warmth and vibrancy the energy flowing into the depths of his body, resonating with the teachings he had obtained. With deliberate intentions, he directed it through his meridians. He felt it coursing through his body, nourishing each and every cell pulsating in a rhythmic harmony with his breath.

Time seemed to blur as Ethan delved deeper into practice. He could feel a connection to the universe like tapping into an infinite wellspring.

After a time that felt both fleeting and eternal Ethan slowly opened his eyes. He took a moment to ground himself, feeling the residual humming of the infinite within him. He arose to his feet with a newfound strength, so-much so that he lost his balance and began to stumble.
