5 AM the alarm goes off. A man fumbles for the alarm only to remember he put the alarm on the table across the room so he couldn't reflexively hit the snooze button. The man flops out of bed, trips over an unseen chair, and stumbles to the alarm to turn it off. In the following silence the man let out a massive yawn and rubbed his eyes to wake himself up.

The nameless man goes to the bathroom to perform his morning ritual, clothes himself, and hurries down to the kitchen as he hears the heavenly beep of his coffee machine. He poured himself a cup of black nirvana and stands on the balcony savoring the early morning air. As he looks up at the sky still dark with stars, a light blossoms in the heavens. The light grows bigger, and bigger until it seems to light up the sky. The man stares in wonder.

He had turned into a baby somehow.
