Everyone soon began to work. There were a total of twelve people in this group. Six of them immediately began working in opening up the entrance. The rest began setting up camp. Since I didn’t have much to do, I simply laid down by a tree and watched them do their work. As soon as the camp was finished, Carla ran towards me with a smile.

“Mrs. Wo…”

Fer… just call me Fer for now

“Ah… ok. Fer, thanks for showing us the way”

“It took us two days, but we’re finally where we need to be”

“Yeah… in a month or so”

It seems that me helping them out had mix feeling. Some felt that their pride were hurt, while the rest were thankful. Only shows how each person is different from the other. Soon, they all began to sleep though two of them were up to stand guard. As for me, well… I was about to find a good place to burrow, but I was instantly led into a tent by Carla. From there, she didn’t even hesitate to use me as a pillow. She felt warm… and soon, that warmth also made me fall asleep.
