Act 1: Brandy. A petite light skinned gender neutral teenager is moving with urgent haste, making a beeline for an undisclosed deserted grocery store; the light skinned gender neutral teenager is apparently moderately winded, surveying all over the grocery store parking lot accompanied by a circumspect attitude. Brandy: (observing the approaching horde of Carriers behind hir while shaking hir head) “Dude, I just wanted a Mellow Yellow!!! Note it, never stop at vending machines!!!!” (turning hir attention to the vacated grocery store) Brandy is now sprinting over to that vacated grocery store, barging into the supermarket to flee the nearby cannibalistic horde that are in close pursuit. Act 2: The bound. A man named Dre Hester is interrogatively standing over two restrained sisters with a double barrel shotgun in his grasp, the two sisters apparently beaten and tied to a tree somewhere deep in the middle of the woods, outwardly starved as well. Dre Hester: (cautiously surveying his surroundings as he is also pointing his double barrel shotgun at the two sisters who are bound to the tree) “...Hey...You two...Wake up...Were you two bitten or something...? Just nod for no…” (cocking his double barrel shotgun) “...Answer me...Or...I can just blow your heads off...No hesitation here…” The two appear to be in a somewhat concussed stupor. Dre Hester: (pointing over to an oak tree that is in the distance) “...Look at that...Way over there…” The oldest appearing sister is slowly glancing over to the oak tree. Dre Hester: (chuckling) “...Nothing is over there…I just wanted to know whether or not you were responsive…” The eldest sister is glancing down to the gag that is muffling her mouth, staring up at Aaron with an inaudible plea in her eyes. Dre Hester: (unfastening the gags that are muffling the two sisters) “...How did this happen…?” As Dre was busy interrogating the bound sisters, armed scavengers are soundlessly creeping up behind him by the minute; the younger appearing sister is now hyperventilating, which is alerting Dre to the imminent peril that is behind him as the scavengers are all opening fire. The two bound sisters are crouching awfully low to the dirt in order to evade the shattering gunshots, the two quivering together as Dre is heedlessly returning fire on the scavengers. Act 3: The Schaefers. In an undisclosed ransacked household, a mother and daughter are expeditiously shoving survival kits into their backpacks with rations, but meanwhile the father is busy at the kitchen table loading several firearms with haste as he is also periodically observing out of the nearby windows. Jack Schaefer: (loading several firearms at the kitchen table as he is also observing his surroundings out of the nearby windows) “...You two almost done over there...? We can no longer stay here, this whole city has been overrun, so we gotta get moving soon...We can probably do good enough on the road, but I say we head to Atlanta...They could have answers there...The base has been quiet for a while now, but I do have a close friend who works at the CDC, so he could know something beneficial...Just got to find the guy...I hope that he didn't died too…” (talking to his daughter) “Is your pistol loaded, Amicia? Keep it prepared, we never know what to expect out there…” Amicia just nodded nonchalantly while her mother was kissing her passionately on the forehead at the same time. Lauren Schaefer: (hugging her daughter with affection) “...I know things have been tough recently, but still...Try to have a happy birthday…You just made thirteen, and not many- Amicia Schaefer: “-I just had to shoot nonno this morning!!!!! How can you even say the word happy now after everything that has happened?!” (emotionlessly shrugging off her mother) “...Just stop mamma…” (snatching the backpacks off of the floor as she is walking over to the entrance door) “...Screw this...I need some air…” Lauren is shaking her head with a remorseful demeanor as she is accompanying her daughter outside, leaving Jack behind at the kitchen table to reflect. Act 4: Isaac. Currently houses and businesses are smoldering to the ground due to the unadulterated mayhem occurring in an undisclosed neighborhood, but in a nearby blood stained alleyway an athletic youth is in desperation as he is fleeing from his cannibalistic kin. The young caucasian man is desperately manhandling dumpsters to be obstacles for the Carriers who are in close pursuit of him, but the infected are bouncing over the dumpsters with a growl, striving to tackle him. Isaac: (desperately scarpering as he is talking in his mind) “...My friends are all dead!!!!! Now mom and Kimberly were bitten?! I need to look into this virus somehow!!!!! I really should have stayed in college!!!! My legs are getting worn out too…Darn it!!!!!!” Isaac has just unluckily approached a dead end corner, just a fiery wreck obstructing his path as his cannibalistic kin are about to violently pounce upon him. The athletic young man has been virtually cornered by the Carriers, so he is regretfully snatching up a wrench that was on the ground to prepare for the onslaught; his younger sister ran up first, sustaining a thrashing by the wrench as Isaac is tearfully bludgeoning her to death as the blood is splattering all over his clothes; Isaac is now regretfully bludgeoning his mother not a moment too soon, bludgeoning both of his kin in distress before releasing his grip on the blood stained wrench in utter horror of his actions.
