Are "Friends" Electric?
The Boss of Murderers

The Boss of Murderers

Indeed, Mr.Oswald never wanted to let down his father's desire, as he wanted to put an end to the Photon Fluid smugglings, he did order most of the stock with some of his money that he got from selling some of his places and stored them secretly, however, the insurgency is in his hands, they do look after him and get to know his plans...he started a revolt against the use of Photon Fluid all over Peiriant and it was something that continued on for just over a week, everyone who was working on the factory wanted to do something about it, but they had to keep working as normal otherwise they would have their heads blown clean off by the insurgency.

But Oswald still has problems to tackle, files from many banks and Billionaires of the city, started moving to an account by the name of "Rex.exe" it hacked into multiple accounts belonging to the businessmen of Cybrion and many people were accusing him of the problem, as his reputation was already at a bad state, his grasp on power was slowly slipping away from him, he had to come up with something to regain the trust of his workers. But to make matters worse, his brother Rovon was also turning against him, he was tired of him being a dictator-like businessman and wanted to teach him a very valuable lesson, so he started conjuring up a scheme to bring about his downfall...

A few days later the Peiriant media went down to Rovon's bunker to ask him a question that had gone unanswered for many, many years "Why did his brother turn to a life of dictatorship and murder?" "It has been ten or eleven years since we last talked to each other" said Rovon as he rudely closed the bunker door when the media wanted to interview him, as you can clearly see, Rovon was not a social person by any means. He had become paranoid, the thought of his head being blown to smithereens by his brother's insurgency scared him so much he had no choice but to hide away, cutting himself off from the outside world.

But still the insurgents ruled the streets of the capital, they had been killing people for several years and nobody had the bravery to send evidence of the killings to the Cybrion Police Department. Even the Cops who patrol the streets of Cybrion on a nightly basis were spied on or even killed when they did any messy behaviour, however, the people of Cybrion did have some form of hope...

A case of content theft: this narrative is not rightfully on Amazon; if you spot it, report the violation.

The most secretive but popular among the many detectives of Peiriant was Jasper Gondola, like a lot of people, she had the first impression that the streets of Cybrion were a good society, but little did she know, that it was a danger zone, being a detective, she is good when it comes hiding secrets and solving problems most people would not be able to, she also had a job collecting evidence and sending it to the CPD.

She was called up around the media for providing her the honour to do a good job for her detective work, however she knew that the insurgency might assassinate her in the event, so she was rarely seen by the people of Cybrion and the media only managed to get a few glimpses of this rebellious vigilante. She wore a hoodie with a mask so that she could keep her identity a mystery and remain hidden from people and more importantly, the insurgents. But she always felt happy that she was doing justice for her parents since they were killed by the insurgency about three years ago while they were working in the factory.

One day, after reports of yet another murder by the insurgency, Jasper paid a visit to Alpha Complex, knowing that something abnormal was going on. "Well, what do we have here, a C.P.D officer?" Ray said as Jasper entered the facility, "There was a report of a murder about two or three blocks away from here, someone who lives round this part of Cybrion found a body of a man who looks as though the murderer shot him in the head, I was curious if you had any evidence that I could use to solve this crime" Jasper explained, Gary looked at her and said "Well look, our chairman Mr Oswald is acting like a wannabe dictator, so that case is pretty much solved, but no one knows who else might or might not be a member of the insurgency" "Hmm, interesting" Jasper said as she wrote some notes down on her notepad. "To put it in another way, Cybrion is like if the Wild West embraced the future" Gary exclaimed, and he was right, Cybrion was indeed like the Wild West, shootouts were a regular occurrence around the streets of the capital, which had spread across the whole planet. People would flock to large alleyways across the Cybrion city centre to witness these action-packed encounters.

As for Mr Oswald, he not only had to deal with his rebellious employees, he now had a business rival as well, his name was Zho Joulet, he was the founder of a company that manufactured Railpods, which were small, six or eight seater cars attached to train tracks located either below or above the pod, they are often seen in Photon Fluid conversion chambers, which are located a few hundred feet underground, since the chambers can sometimes emit fatal bursts of energy. He had a tendency to have a dislike of unfair businessmen, and Mr Oswald perfectly fit the bill for the title of "unfair businessman" so he was a prime target for Joulet, and he wanted to take him out just like everyone else at Telekon, but he knew that Oswald wasn't going to go down easy. He was tough as nails and his insurgency was growing stronger as time went by, the question was, who was going to be brave one to end his reign of terror?
