It has been 361 years since the founding of the orcish capital at Eragdush. For nearly four centuries, the orcs have steadily expanded their influence across the face of Serinor. The first to be settled was their native Thornner Continent, but that was not enough. Braving trackless oceans and starless skies, they voyaged out, searching ever for more land.

That's when they found the dragons. And the ancient wyrms who rested on Serinor were not pleased with the interruption.

War has raged between dragon and orc for over one hundred years, and draconic might has proven no match for the sheer numbers of the orcish hordes. Though hundreds of orcs die to destroy a single hatchery, the relative loss to the dragons is far greater. And so the orcs have spread, colonizing little by little the entire world.

The dragons retreat farther and farther, and they begin to grow desperate.
