Hey guys, I.Sharpe here. As to where I was last week, I was enjoying the beautiful spring weather. Meeting beautiful people. Just plain winning at life....Honestly though, I mostly spent my time holed up in my room playing Persona 5. Was it worth the sixty bucks...? Hell yes. I also spent some time doing RL stuff too, but it was mostly just me chilling.
Now on the subject of the story, basically the last chapter of arc four was the last chapter of the first volume of the series. Now I'm going to start with the first arc of the second volume which is why I'm putting this hear as a divider.
While I was taking my one week break I did some thinking about the direction I wanted the story to go in. I decided it was probably going a little too slow as far as actual plot was going. I mean the idea was for it be like a slice of life in a magical dystopia but I also kind of wanted it to you know move forwards, which for whatever reason I wasn't doing a good job of making it do.

Ultimately, I decided that maybe a few changes needed to be made. I thought I'd also maybe take a new direction for the plot. maybe take some effort to make sure things are a little more structured rather than the freeform, journal type narrative I had going before. So this new volume will be a little different than the last volume. I'll also maybe not being doing the same kind of bulk updates that I'd been doing with the first volume to make sure I'm taking proper time with the writing. (Also because I'm pretty sure my RL stuff is going to make it unsustainable)
Hopefully this will be an improvement on what I've been doing thus far.
In any case, thanks to everyone whose been reading. You guys are f-ing awesome as always. Very Happy [https://forum.royalroadl.com/images/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif]
