This is my first story. It’s just a short story and there won’t be any more chapters. Please tell me your thoughts. I hope you like it.

He took the knife and went to cut the meat. As he sliced for the first time he felt the creature twitch, because it was still alive but it was in a daze and wasn't fully awake. The drugs still had an effect on it. The knife sliced deeper and the blood started to flow more.

The creature was now fully awake and thrashing around as it was trying to get away from the knife, but the thrashing only made the injury worse. As the creature thrashed around its artery was cut and now it was matter of time before it bleed out. And that’s exactly what happened. After the creature bled out he was relieved because he could cut freely.

He cut off a small piece and took it to the kitchen. There he heated the frying pan. Then he put the meat on the pan it started to sizzle. Soon after, the delicious aroma of the meat spread through the kitchen. He didn't put any spices on it because it would ruin the taste. The meat started to turn brown and he knew it was ready.

He put the meat on the plate and took it to the dining table. The smell was mouth watering. He cut a small piece and putted it in his mouth. It was delicious. As he was half way through his meal, he heard police sirens in the distance and they were coming closer. He knew they were coming for him but he didn’t care.

Soon the police busted through his door and surrounded him with their guns held high. He was a gentleman and offered them a piece, but they ignored him and quickly handcuffed him. He didn’t resist because he knew it was over. He knew that he would go to prison for what he has done but he didn’t care because he enjoyed his last meal out of prison. While he was taken away the police searched the house.

They didn’t find anything until they went to the basement. The first officer that went to the basement was horrified because the scene was horrifying and he understood what the man had done.

In the basement on the table laid a human body that was missing a chunk of meat and that’s why the police officer understood that the man that they arrested ate human flesh. And he even offered it to them.
