*Quest Received*
Grant at least one of each 'Myriad species' a [Champion] title
0/5
Reward: Level up
Just as I was about to go and have some fun, this thing comes up. "Huh, there's quests too? Not the weirdest thing about today I suppose" Hmmm grant at least one of each Myriad species a title, wait? it used my phrase for the inhabitants of this world, myriad species. But, I mean, I am the system so it's not so weird that I use my own phrase now that I think about it. "Also what's a [Champion]
[Champion], Champion refers to the protector of each of the 'Myriad species'. Usually a person with a mix of great political and personal strength
Okay, so [Champion] is some kind of great protector thingies, alright. Let's go grant people some titles then. I try to focus in on one of the tingly sensations, I call out my skill name [Systems eye]. Instantly my full attention is pulled to the source of the tingly feeling. I see a man that's around mid 20's just poking at a system prompt. "Alright, let's do this, [Grant titles]. In that moment another prompt appears,
Grant Titles Recipient: Greg Name of Title: - Effects of Title: -
A screen pops up showing what I assume to be my [Grant Titles] skill due to it saying, Grant Titles at the top, duh. It says the name of the person I'm trying to give a title, could be nice if I forget someones name, forgetting the fact I can look at anybodys status whenever I want. On the name of the title and effect there's just a line, so I assume I have to put them in myself, the name I'm going to put in is pretty fucking obvious, is it not? But the effect... Hmmm, time for a little experimentation. I mentally put in the name as [Champion] and the effects to, lets say x9999 stats. Let's see what happens.
*Warning*
System user (Greg) is deemed to weak to receive title because of the effects being too great.
Confirm?

Oh, that's interesting, it's warning me that he is too weak, that means I cant just go and make anybody so OP like that. But I'm a little curious, so let's see what happens if I confirm anyway. "Confirm!" Just in that moment, Greg swells up like a balloon and a horrible screech erupts from his body, mere moments later his eyeballs burst, blood flows out of his eyeballs, correction* previous eyeballs. It looks like he is crying blood, if crying meant having a river coming out of your eyes. After that his body swells so much it cant keep itself together, It pops. Blood spews out everywhere, viscera fly's all over the place and flesh litters the ground where he once stood. I see his brain matter splattered over the place. "HOLY FUCKING SHIT, I JUST FUCKING KILLED SOMEBODY, OH MY FUCKING GOD!" I take three deep breaths, at least I would if I had any lungs. If I had a face I would look like I just saw a fucking ghost, I mean... I guess I made one. But holy fucking shit, I thought, that was something. I guess now I have a wait to assassinate someone if I wanted to. Let's try that again but tone it down by, like. I don't know, like a thousand times!
I look around, more like focusing on my surroundings. I see a town in the distance, thankfully this Greg guy wasn't in the middle of a town where there are thousands of people just watching a man blow up. That would get awkward, real fast. Trying to forget what just happened, I make my way towards the town, considering that I'm kind of everywhere at the same fucking time it's not that hard as I kind of just will myself there. Looking around for awhile trying to find somebody that looks like a champion type, I see a newborn being carried by their mother, "Wouldn't it be fucking hilarious if I gave the title to a fucking baby." I call out my skill name, "[Grant titles], Let's not fuck up like last time, aight?"
Grant Titles Recipient: Bartholomew The Great IIV Name of Title: - Effects of Title: -
"Uhm, that's a bit of a weird name, but okay." I mentally put in the name of the title as [Champion], let's try to make the effects, 1.5x stat effectiveness and people respect you more, does that work?
Confirm?
A case of content theft: this narrative is not rightfully on Amazon; if you spot it, report the violation.

Okay, there's no warning at least. That should make it not blow up the baby at least. Oh god, if this goes wrong then I'm going to be a fucking child murderer. I carefully confirm granting the title... Nothing happens, no exploding babies (Thankfully), no cheering that the new holy champion has arrived at the doors of the human empire, no nothing. Just a system prompt saying "Success". Alright, let's make the title like that for each one of the myriad species. I quickly focus in on another one of the tingly feelings and use my skill, "[systems eye]". Again, my focus gets pulled into a fucking massive forest, larger than any I've ever seen on earth. I focus in on one of the myriad species, there is a lone elf sitting on the branch of a tree, holding a bow, seemingly hunting rabbits by the bag of dead rabbits with holes in them on her back. It is a young woman, in her 20's I would guess, but you can never be sure with elves, at least in the novels I read they usually can live to up to 500 years, that's fucking insane, that's like 100 times 5, you know. So she could be around 100 years even. I use my [Grant titles] on her and gave her the [Champion] title, and made it give her 1.5x stat effectiveness and getting extra respect. I mentally click confirm and am amused by the shock on her face.
I focus on one of the other myriad species and use my skill once again, "[Systems eye]". Once again my focus gets pulled to an unsuspecting person, this time it is a dwarf. A short man around 120 cm in height (Around 4ft for you Americans) and a beard close in length. He is sitting inside a bar, drinking beer, "Wow, that's a lot of beer," there were 14 finished mugs and another being worked on. "Let's just get this over with," I said, quickly using my skill, [Grant titles] and the affirmationed effects. I heard the short Dwarf gibbering about, "Some fucking champion title" Before passing out, as he had downed four more beer in the time it took me to grant him the title.
"[Systems eye]", I see a humanoid creature with crooked horns upon its head, obviously a demon. There's nothing really special about it except for the horns, an ash grey skin tone and being a bit taller than the other myriad species. I quickly use the [Grant Titles] skills and give him the [champion] title. "Hey, system, me? Can I just make it so that the [Champion] title gives 1.5x stat effectiveness and makes the recipient more respectable? thank you."
"[Systems eye]," "actually, scrap that." I said after arriving to a gelatinous blob with a blue colouring and a core floating around inside of it. "[Grant Titles], Make the name of the Title champion, and the effect can be the same as the last four times except that lets make it so the [Champion] Title for the monsters grant them intelligence" "This thing doesn't look like it even knows how to breath, does it breath? I don't know. It just looks dumb as hell. I feel pity jus looking at it." The familiar blue screen popped up again asking me to confirm and I mentally confirmed. Just after another blue screen appeared,

"Woah, new skill? Skills information."
[System] (passive [Grant Titles] (active) [Systems Eye] (active [Systems Will] (active) NEW! Allows inhabitants of world system is governing to access the system as well as making system able to perceive nearly everything on said world Allows the system to grant tiles to users of said system, titles bestow increased power (Decided by system) to users of the system. Titles are supposed to be given when said user commits a great deed, but also whenever you, the system feels like it. Allows system to view any and all users status unnoticed, even by special scrying detection skills. Also allows system to focus their attention on single or several users at a single time. Allows the system to impose its will upon the world which it governs and change it. Said imposing of will could for example, change laws of physics, will new structures to appear, new system events to happen. Anything you can imagine can happen. Every use of this skill uses up System Mana, [SM]. Cost will relate to action made.
"Wait? anything? That is so overpowered, should I have this? Couldn't I just will for gravity to not exist or something? That would probably be expensive though, System mana? Did I gain that by levelling up?" Let's see, how many do I have?" I opened my status, "Status"
