Chapter 9 – Re:Empire
--Drake PoV--
Drake woke up before his slaves and the staff of the base. He quickly used his telepathic powers to wake them all up. Then he ordered some clone soldiers to secure the entrance to the base in case some of the LEGION soldiers were still alive. He soon went into his office to wait for a damage Report on the base to arrive.
An Hour later Mara was kneeling in his office and reporting to him.
[Master, the base was only lightly damaged by the reactor overload. We are currently working to get the last functioning Fusion Generator online, because right now we are effectively defenseless and without any of our equipment besides our handguns operational. Even the energy cells of all our mechs were mysteriously drained.
The most surprising fact is our outside patrols report, which states, that the terrain has completely changed and they see no evidence of Fusion Fallout ever occurring. On the other note, the guards reported several spotting’s of German airplanes, which should have been out of service for a minimum 60 years.
When we get power back we are planning on checking if there are outside information networks we could get access to and find out more about our situation.](Mara)

After half a day, it looked like it was afternoon but they couldn’t trust their watches, power suddenly came back online and sometime later Zara came storming into Drake´s office.
[Master! It looks like we are in big trouble.](Zara)
[What is it? Have some LEGION soldiers survived and attack us?](Drake)
[Much worse, Master! It seems, because of the Reactor overload, we were sent back in time.](Zara)
[How is that possible? And much more important which date is today?](Drake)
[Well I'm not too sure myself. I have determined that we are somewhere between 1940 and 1943 but can´t determine it exactly. For how we came here, I have no idea, but have some theories already, which I will research later.](Zara)
[Ok, so we can say that we are sometime between the fall of France and the invasion of Russia. Hmmm, that gives us a wide array of new opportunities. How is the operational state of the base?](Drake)
[I would say at 80%, once we bring a second generator online we can bring it up to 100% and start the replication of weapons, vehicles and the production of clones.](Zara)
[Ok, do that and then send out spies to find out more about when we are and if the timeline matches our old one.](Drake)

With that said, Zara left the Room. Drake was deep in thoughts about how this would affect his plans on world domination. The LEGION probably didn´t exist by this time or at worst was less of a threat than in the future.
His best course of action was probably to ally with the UK. That would kill two birds with one stone; he could hinder the spreading influence of the LEGION, if it existed already, and could take over Nazi-Germany and Italy, with some extra work even their occupied regions in France and the East and Africa.
After that he would incorporate the UK into the Empire. Drake would take Elisabeth Windsor, the current hair to the throne, his slave and use her to kill her Father and make it look like the US was the perpetrator. This would start an anti-American movement in the UK which he could use to fuel a war against them.
When Elisabeth would take over the throne, Drake planned to brainwash the Government and the population to give all governing power back to the Monarch. Then he would use Elisabeth to annex the UK and its Colonies.

After that he could wage war against the US, Japan, Russia and the South American countries. But this time he would be cautious of outside influences. Drake was pretty sure that the LEGION based itself off of alien technology. He hoped to prevent contact from ever happening ore at least to interfere with it. For that he needed the US gone, because the aliens landed there with a very high probability.
His plan would start on 22.April 1941, one day after Elisabeth’s 18th Birthday, if they came here before that date. If not, the plan would start after the base is fully operational.
A week later his three slaves were kneeling in his office to give him their report and receive orders from him.
[Master, my department brought, over the last week, three Generators online and made repairs on the shield. We built a failsafe in cooperation with the R&D department to prevent a time jump with further uses.](Mara)
[Good, so we could, in theory begin the plan. Zara you´re next.](Drake)
[My department researched how it came to our time jump. We determined that the excess energy, released by the reactor overload in our French base, upon contact with the energy shield of our base ripped a gap into our timeline. That we landed here was just a coincidence.
Had more energy been released, we would have been thrown further back in time, had less energy been released, we would have been thrown not as far back as we were.
It also seems that only what was inside the radius of the shield was transported back with us.](Zara)
[Ok, so that means no advanced LEGION soldiers ore Battle-Droids roaming out there. That’s the first good news in a long time. On another note, could you reproduce the process needed to jump back in time? And is it possible to influence were the base is thrown in time?](Drake)
[It would be possible to reproduce the process and even to influence the time-jump to some degree, but it would be less than accurate. I estimate a maximum accuracy of three Years.](Zara)
[Ok, hold off on that project for now, and just have one or two of your people work out a way to improve the accuracy of the jump. Such good work deserves a reward! Tara continue your report and don’t be distracted.](Drake)
Drake was bending Zara over his table and started to remove her pants. After a strong slap on her ass he started pounding her from behind. Tara gave her a jealous look, but eventually started her report despite Zara’s loud moans of pleasure.
[The spies I have sent out came back yesterday. Their reports backed up what we suspected. We are indeed in the World War II era, to be precise; today is the 18th April 1941. The events until this point match our databases and we didn´t find any evidence of LEGION forces in the area. We had however some run-ins with the Germans as we were scouting the area. It seems that they have discovered the base, but don’t know what to do. I have increased the amount of patrols and brought the anti-air and anti-ground turrets online.](Tara)
[Ok, here are your assignments: Mara, Zara you will start to build a magnetic launcher, with which we can shoot satellites into orbit. Make it so, that we can use it as an anti-orbital cannon too. And start the production of equipment, weapons and clones too. Tara you will prepare our attack against Germany and Italy. I will take the spaceship with 50 guards to London to start annexing the UK in four days, by then everything except the launcher has to be ready.](Drake)
