A boy stirred awake at the sound of a knock on the door.
He tried to open his eyes. However, the bright sunlight caused him to quickly shut them in irritation.
Groggily, he sat up and rubbed his eyes.
A respectful voice could be heard from the woman who had entered, "Young master Lucis its time to... Oh. Young master, you're awake today."
She wore a neat and tidy servant uniform and had light blonde hair and green eyes. Judging from her appearance, she looked to be in her early twenties.
Instinctively, the boy responded.
"Yeah..."
But then he realised, he lived alone.

This realisation caused him to sober up almost instantly and he sprang to his feet atop of the bed, causing the servant to jump back in apprehension.
He looked around like a lost lamb, confusing the servant even more... This wasn't his room.
It was extremely lavish. Each piece of furniture in the room blinded him with its brilliant gleam.
Where had his tiny apartment with mouldy walls, garbage bags and unwashed dishes gone?
He pinched his cheeks. Hard.
'It's not a dream...?", he mumbled to himself.
"... Are you... Okay young master?"
A feeble voice caused him to turn his head, the maid looked troubled but still checked up on him.
"Who, me?", he pointed at himself and the servant tilted her head in confusion.
"Yes...?"
"What did you say my name was...?"
"Young master Lucis...?"
"No... The full thing..."
"Lucis Vien Arokell...?"
The boy thought his ears weren't working for a second so he smacked them a couple times.
That didn't seem to solve anything and servant yelped in surprise as he suddenly hit himself.
"Arokell..."
The name Arokell rung a bell for him.
Wasn't that the name of a noble family in a novel he read, "Supreme Blade"?
He looked down at his body, thin, twig like arms and a frame that belonged to a child.
Ah. I transmigrated didn't I?
