A vehicle was driving across a deserted streets on a futuristic world, Its driver, a very beautiful young lady with long blue-silver hair, violet eyes and pale skin. She looked of noble standing but that image was more of the past than what she was now, she had lost all of it , the treatment, the praise, the peace and what replaced it was the emptiness she now felt.

‘I watched as the world I called home be razed to its core, I saw my loved ones be nothing more than a memory, I stood there as everything I ever knew

 become the next piece of a forgotten civilization and when it was all over, I dwell among the rubble scavenging the remains of this forgotten world , all because of the greed of the alliance. All because they wanted something we didn't have, the family I cherished were crying for help as they set on fire, they begged me to end their pain but I could only watch because that was all I could do,I was weak.

 The agony of loss drove me crazy, I wanted to see the alliance they built crumble by their hands, I want to see the look on their faces as all they would be able to do is nothing for they could do nothing, I wanted revenge.

   My blood was boiling with hatred and anger. Hatred for myself and my weakness, angry at my cowardice caused by that same weakness but I also hated the alliance, for it was them who destroyed my home for god knows and I will neither forgive nor forget them, they did teach me one thing.’She smiled madly. ‘If you want something you have to be strong enough to get it. So don’t worry everyone, I will take your deaths and they will be the armaments I will wear to this war they had begun.’

This was just the start of many things that will happen that will change the course of existence.

The vehicle which was an amalgamation of a futuristic hover car but with weird symbols underneath and on the sides  pulled up to a military style building and the young lady got off, this was the mercenary branch on the planet “Terra 4T2lK” or as it was known by the locals “Earth”.

In the year 2086 the restrictions on mankind was removed once more and they rediscovered magic, to be honest it was more that mankind rediscovered the manipulation of energies. So magic, internal energy, Qi, law, and all the likes but the catch was that a person could only use one of these and past a certain level two or three depending on the user’s compatibility with the energy.

These people where super human but they also had their hierarchies the lowest being the officer or seeker depending on the part of the universe you're in.

Jobs and classes also had names for each level but it still followed the general system. She walked into the building and was greeted with the crowd of people all with different outfits and equipment indicating their jobs, she went to the counter and spoke to the receptionist. “Hey there, I’m here to see Manik, is he in ?” The receptionist looked up to meet the eyes of the guest said with a neutral tone, “He is waiting for you in the back fifth after your first right.” then continued organizing the work before her. The young lady went to the room and knocked, a voice told her to come in and she did, what greeted her was a middle-aged man with messy dark-blue hair and dark gray eyes, he looked tired and he had bars under his eyes and was obviously underfed. He looked at the young lady and with a professional smile said, “I wasn’t expecting you to accept my invitation, your highness Lucidia Lonstron what caused the change of heart.”

 Lucidia returned the smile as she replied “I can’t possibly reject the goodwill of my dear friend, now can I ?.”

“Lucidia, please don’t say it like that it sounds like I forced you to go” he said  now the smile had been replaced with a serious expression.

She looked at him with a soft face “ Lonstron is gone and I'm the last person of royal blood on this planet, my sister was Amanita was taken as a slave to god knows where. Manik.’ she sighed and spoke again. ‘I don’t want to be powerless anymore.” Manik looked at her now frustrated

“You know that your safety won’t be guaranteed, the strongest in this expedition is just a seeker and its danger level is not known, you might die.” Lucidia smiled at him she had known the danger of this expedition but if she could awaken she was willing to take the risk “Manik you were my brother’s friend,you saw what they did to him and you want me to do nothing.?”

“That not what I’m sayi…..”

“Then let me go and if I die then I was too weak to get revenge.”

Manik knew what she wanted to do but the method was not safe and could do more bad to her than good. He watched her firm and unyielding gaze and sighed “ haaa… I won’t stop you the expedition is in the morning 8 am and if you are late I won’t wait for you.” she got up smiled and thanked him then walked out the door Manik sat back in his chair and sighed “ Richard, your sister is just like you. Stubborn,’ he the became serious ‘what does the empire gain by organizing this expedition, are they the reason for the alliance’s betrayal but why.” He put his head in his palms “ I’m not getting paid enough for all this.”
