The fight is over

The battlefield was a scene of chaos. Ravan and his army of undead skeletons faced off against Aiden and Vale. The once-thriving surroundings were reduced to dust and rubble, with buildings demolished and thousands of casualties marking the grim landscape.

Vale suddenly teleported to Aiden’s side. "Vale, I want an explanation later about everything," Aiden said, frustration evident in his voice. "What in the world is happening? Why is my first fight this hard?"

"This is nothing," Vale replied, his gaze fixed on the approaching army. "Aiden, it’s time to go all out. Stay behind me. I’m going to use my ultimate technique to erase their existence, like they never existed."

"What are you talking about, Vale?" Aiden asked, his voice tinged with confusion.

"They are already dead, Aiden. Even if I use this technique, they will be freed from the cycle of birth and death and live a happier life. I promise it will not cause them any pain. Being used like this is more painful for them."

"Okay," Aiden agreed reluctantly, not feeling entirely comfortable with the plan.

"Enough talking! Go, my army, attack!" Ravan commanded, and the undead soldiers began their march towards Vale and Aiden.

"Aiden, did you notice the chill presence when we first saw Ravan?" Vale asked, a grim smile on his face.

The army continued to advance.

Vale stepped forward, positioning himself between Aiden and the advancing horde. He closed his eyes briefly, then opened them with a determined look. "Begone," he muttered under his breath.

A blinding flash of light enveloped the battlefield, and a chilling presence spread throughout the area. In an instant, the entire army turned to dust.

"What in the world was that?" Aiden exclaimed, his mouth agape in shock.

Ravan, equally surprised, responded, "Oh... so you did it. You mastered one of the ultimate techniques, The Creation Art. It has the power to create, edit, and destroy. I wasn’t expecting that, Vale."

Vale struggled to stand after unleashing the technique, but he hid his weakness from the others. "Are you fine, Vale?" Aiden asked with concern.

"Yes, I’m fine," Vale replied, though his exhaustion was evident.

Ravan, realizing the tide had turned, decided to retreat. "I wasn’t expecting that. Against the creator's power, I can't do anything without a plan," he admitted. A light from his spaceship enveloped him, teleporting him away.

"No, you can’t," Vale communicated telepathically to Aiden. "Aiden, let him go. We can’t win this fight. I’m not perfect at using this technique, and I can't use it more than once. We can’t do anything for now."

"Okay," Aiden replied, understanding the gravity of the situation.

Hours of fierce battle had left them drained, but the fight was over. "This wasn’t even a battle," Aiden lamented. "It was just bullying us and making fun of us humans. We couldn't do anything, no... I couldn't do anything."

Vale placed a comforting hand on Aiden’s shoulder. "We survived, Aiden. That’s what matters now. We will grow stronger and face him again. This isn’t the end."

As the dust settled, the battlefield remained silent, a stark reminder of the devastation that had occurred. But within the silence, a resolve began to build. They would be ready next time.

Vale resumed time and turned both himself and Aiden invisible. The view was horrific, with buildings demolished and dust clouds lingering in the air. As they walked down the street, Aiden was still grappling with the aftermath of the battle, feeling defeated and depressed.

"Dear viewers, in the next 5 minutes, the World Government will take a major step to prevent further attacks. The meeting is underway, and a press conference will be held shortly."

"World Government?" Vale asked.

"(Still depressed) The top leaders of the five nations of the world are called the World Government. The nations are Rivara, Astria, Valora, Arden, and Ravon. Collectively, these five nations are called RAVAR. By the way, my name is inspired by the name of my country, Arden."

"Oh, I get it," Vale replied, trying to cheer him up with this bit of knowledge.

[Back to the news station]

"In the next 45 seconds, a major press conference will be held. The top leaders will be present."

"10... 9... 8... 7... 6... 5... 4... 3... 2... 1..." [The scene switches to the live press conference.]

"My dear countrymates, I am deeply shocked and moved by the recent alien attack. Our army and technology were vastly outmatched by the enemy. I condemn this attack and promise to be ready for their next move. All injured people will be treated for free, and those who lost loved ones will be compensated. I know money can't replace lives, but it’s the least we can do for now," addressed the Prime Minister of Arden.

"What are you planning? What steps will the World Government take?" a media reporter asked.

"There is no doubt that this was an alien attack. We received a signal, and after decoding it, we got a name: 'Ravan.' We assume the alien who attacked us was named Ravan," said the President of Rivara.

"Ravan!" the media gossiped.

"We are going to start a special program called 'OSAP.' It stands for Outer Space and Protection. It is a joint program between the five nations," announced the Prime Minister of Arden.

"It aims to create a special elite group for protection and maintaining peace. Students aged 16 to 17 can apply through a special exam. Five OSAP academies will be created, one in each nation, but anyone can join their favorite one."

"More details will be published later."

"So the World Government is going to use teenagers to sacrifice their lives?" asked the media.

"No. They will be trained for future fights. Youngsters have a better tendency to learn new things, and their passion can change everything. For now, we will convert a portion of our army with special training to be ready for any attack," explained the Prime Minister of Arden.

[Scene changes to Aiden's house, where Aiden and Vale are sitting and watching the news.]

"(Smile) Aiden, I think this will be a good chance."

"Umm, how am I going to pass that exam?"

"(Chuckles) Don't worry. A little cheating won't hurt."

"How?"

"Just wait and watch."
