When I first started writing on my other story, Journey to the sunless realm, It was to try writing, to get my feet wet and see if I actually enjoyed it. I found that I did, but I didn't actually know how to, you know... write. I still am not great at it honesty. The main thing was planning, which I just didn't do very well. I wrote a broad outline for the first book, but didn't actually put any thought into where everything was going to go, especially the ending. I started this story the same, you know, good ol' 2 am inspiration. But after a couple chapters I discovered that I really liked this premise (Probably cause I wasn't the one who came up with it) and thought that I could actually take it somewhere cool.

All this to say, I am actually working pretty hard on this one, and I have it plotted in broad strokes to the end. (6 books, maybe 3 if I decide to go for a longer page count on each) What does this mean? Well, to the disappointment of no one, I'm going to have to announce a hiatus. I won't be uploading any chapters until I'm confident that I actually have a good Idea of where the plot is going. There are a thousand and one stories on this site with no clear goal, and no clear purpose, including mine, but I actually want to upload something I'm proud of. Sorry to the 3 people reading this (Literally, there are 3 followers (Thank you)), but you're just going to have to wait a few months. Maybe more, since I work on this in my free time.

I don't really know why I'm making an update, because again, there are a total of three followers on this, but I guess I wanted y'all to know that I wasn't giving up on this, and that if you stick around you might see a genuinely good story. (hopefully) Or at least a solidly fun to read one. And if you came from my other fiction? Uh, sorry. You're gonna have to wait wayyyy longer on that. I was way too ambitious. I may not have plotted it at all, but I sure put a lot of effort into making the world itself as unique as possible... and that comes with some extreme challenges. Furthermore, I'm going to be a much better writer before I touch that again, after all, I don't want to ruin the ideas I had for it with poor execution.
