After what seemed like a blinding light randomly occurred, much of the affected population had been killed, but some had been given supernatural abilities. After the chaos had partially settled and people with powered showed their powers the governments of the world became interested in these people and named them "Abnormals", staying away from the moniker "superhero or villain". These Abnormals were captured by the governments to put them in training facilities to train their abilities and lessen their effect in the regular world unless it was strictly necessary, people fought back but the ones that did were either killed or subdue-d. The story begins in a facility by the Abnormal Training Institution where many Abnormals (Shortened to ABs) meet, talk, make groups and fight other ABs that need to be subdue-d by other ABs.
