Summary
Elder Joseph Ashbourne performs a ritual which accidentally summons a person (Nathan Fellwood) from another reality. The conflict between the physical laws of Nathan’s world (Earth) and those of Kelric immediately begin killing him. Elder Ashbourne stabilises Nathan’s condition with the help of Adept Maria Haelend.
Nathan finds himself in a state of total sensory deprivation and extreme pain. He distracts himself by reading the contract of a game-like system, which appears in his mind. This attracts the attention of one of the system’s administrators (Fariel).
Elder Ashbourne recruits the help of Maria Haelend and the fairy Dantor Elin. Together they make an attempt to create a new body for Nathan, which fails.
