One moment I had been driving home from work with a bottle of wine in the back seat of my car. The next thing I knew I was in a cold metal cell in the bowels of an alien ship, waiting with the other humans to be taken from this dungeon and never come back. Eventually it was my turn to be strapped onto that table, wheeled out of the room and put under the knife for science. Then the ship started shaking, the lights went out and the alien himself was dissected by something not of this world. With the other prisoners liberated and our ship stranded over an anomalous world filled with anomalous people the real question on everyone's mind was quite simple. Why do these cross dimensional anomalous freaks look like humans with pointy ears?
